Staff was very helpful and accommodating, allowing me to check in early. Shuttle service is available but to use it earlier than 7am required a fee.

Chicken bones in the room and they charged my family multiple charges even though we did not stay. And still deny giving us receipts

The staff were sufficiently friendly. I never received room service... Maybe that's not standard anymore?
The young woman working the dining area at breakfast kept the place immaculate. Excellent work.
The room was rather poorly lit, which was not great. The bed was comfortable, and overall it felt pretty clean. The doors block out ZERO hallway sound, and there were some noisy guests in the hallway a couple times around the time I went to bed.

The reception was very good but I was surprised that she was unable to incude my Choice accounts number into the system so I would get credit for this stay. The hotel was very clean and the breakfast lady did a good job. Part of the back parking lot was rough and had water puddles on it.

Was the best price for a safe, clean, decent place, with a decent breakfast, on a main road with great access by car to both the airport and to Grand Rapids city.

What stood out was that the bed mattress was one of the few most comfortable that I've ever experienced. The kind that you just sink into yet it was very supportive on the back

Reasonable price and accommodations for an overnight stay before or after a flight. Also offers long term parking for $8/day for up to 11 days, or $9/day for 12 of more days. The shuttle to and from the airport is free unless very early in the morning or late at night.

Housekeeping stomping up and down hallways at 7am yelling “FRONT DESK” - super annoying to wake up to an hour and a half before I needed to be up.
