The hotel is nice, the staff is very friendly. Breakfast is ok, the air con is not very strong. Overall it is a nice hotel to stay.

The Tivoli went above and beyond in helping my wife and myself after she had an accident. The hotel staff were amazing both at reception and by the pool as well as in the hotel restaurants. The facilities in the hotel were the best I have ever experienced including the spa, gym and pool area. My wife and I cannot wait to return.

Myself and my family (wife and 7 y/o daughter) had an amazing stay here 01/05-07/05/24. From start to finish everything was perfect. The staff cannot do enough for you, so attentive. I was so overwhelmed with the hospitality and respect all the staff have for their guests. They all go above and beyond to make sure your stay is as comfortable/perfect as can be. There is a free private car park for guests. Location is great. There are beaches nearby if you choose to venture out. Otherwise, the pool(s) are awesome...my daughter and I loved the jacuzzi! There is also a very nice clean boulevard to stroll down (can be accessed at the end of the resort, past all the pools). La Caleta village is a short 15 minute walk away and was very charming. We only stayed B&B so cannot comment on all inclusive or half board. But breakfast was adequate with lots of selection. When we did order a dinner delivery from an external restaurant there was not a problem. All the staff (management, reception, bar & restaurant staff, porters, cleaners...everyone!) were perfect and made my stay an absolute pleasure and a memorable great experience. Thank you so much to Sharon (duty manager)...she is the best!..Edmundo (another great guy who helped us check in) he reminds me of Manny from Scarface the movie (let me know what you think?) He was amazing during my stay. Sebastien (porter) a very sweet humble guy who does a great job. And Giovanni at the Alma bar (first day at check in)...thank you so much for the iced caramel coffee!...I'm not even a coffee drinker but in the heat it was a blessing and the coffee was not overwhelming. It was almost like a milkshake with a hint of coffee. There are many others who made our stay great, thanks to all!! Book with confidence. This is a very well maintained/clean and hygienic hotel/resort. In a nutshell, I will be back and can/will recommend to all. You will not be disappointed with the accommodation, location and most of all the high level of hospitality.

Likes: - beautiful refurbished rooms - spotless clean - 5 min walk to the beach - beautiful and clean pools, towels available everywhere - coffee and water available in room - we were worried about all these loud music reviews but I must say event it was a little too loud (2 nights we had difficulties going to sleep) it was certainly not as invasive as people said, maybe the management reacted already Dislikes: - cold pools, they said 23 degrees, but everyone was in the jacuzzi as it was the only one really heated - no facility for kids, but it’s true that the hotel doesn’t advertise as a family hotel - despite being a high standard hotel, there still are low standard tourists reserving the sun beds, and the poor employees cannot do anything about it - food, big deception, no variety, no infos about different menus (allergens, name… we had to guess, really bad presentation of the food, kitchen guys not really profesional). I myself being vegetarian I never had any other choice as pizza or pasta, but my family wasn’t glad about the meat neither. Dessert was good but also few choices. - not a 5 star service. We had a beautiful suite with sea view (7800€ for 3 persons, half board, flight from Luxembourg included). We would have needed 3 more hours for a late check out because our bus was leaving at 3 PM. The answer was : yes of course, there was no reservation after us, the suite was available, for 80€/hour…We were disappointed, but that was the hotels politics, so we asked only for a complimentary room just to change and shower. Bad luck, it was not available anymore (only one available in the whole hotel?). So no effort whatsoever, for this price range. Cherry on the top, before the check out they came to check the mini bar personally while we were still in the room, it was insulting, one normally asks the clients what they had used and that’s it, it’s on confidence basis…Generally the staff was ok but again, would have expected more for this kind of hotel. So overall it is a beautiful hotel but the bad food and poor service quality don’t worth the money, we will definitely not return.

five stars plus. unbeatable facilities, professional and attentive staff, excellent cuisine, cool music in a modern, high-quality environment. Without a doubt the best hotel in the area. They care to make your stay perfect. Its beach club brings you closer to the sea and nature without forgetting the quality cocktails.

My husband and I had the pleasure of staying at this fabulous hotel for 10 nights 17-27 April .As previous reviews hotel has been renovated to a high standard. Spotless bedroom, great breakfast etc. The staff are the jewel in the crown, from check in ( Sharon) to checkout they are all so friendly and polite ,a credit to the hotel. A special mention to the two girls on Concierge ( Christina and Julia) who decorated our bedroom as we were celebrating our Ruby wedding anniversary whilst there thank you so much what a surprise ! We hope to return to this hotel in the very near future M@F C

Me and she who is in charge spent 9 nights at The Tivoli La Caleta from 9th April and really enjoyed our stay. We had previously stayed at the hotel when it was The Sheraton.The recent refurb has taken the Hotel to another level. All of the pool staff were very helpful especially Joe who organised drinks and food with great humour and enthusiasm,thank you Joe,great job mate 👍🏻Our sea view room was spot on and the hotel is a fine place to relax and unwind. Staff at the breakfast buffet were all very efficient and happy to help.We ate out almost every night so can’t comment on many of the restaurants other than The Beach Club which is very good. The Sports Bar is a fine venue,I especially enjoyed it when Newcastle United battered Tottenham Hotspur 4-0. Our only slight problem was on our second night when we tried the “alfresco bar” outside of reception.We ordered drinks which did not arrive. After 25 minutes we approached the bar manager who was talking with who we assume was a bar supervisor,to ask when we might expect our drinks. He was very dismissive and unhelpful.The poor barman was doing his best to get drinks out as quickly as he could while the manager and the supervisor stood and watched but did nothing at all to help. So we cancelled our drinks and went elsewhere.The old adage “ too many chiefs and not enough Indians “ springs to mind. That apart we had a really enjoyable stay and will definitely return.
