Really well designed property. The parking is under the accommodation and extends around the perimeter of the property. You can park under the building containing your apar**ent and there is a stairwell and two elevators for each building. We stayed in a large two bedroom apar**ent, and it was very spacious. There was an ensuite and a separate bathroom. There was an excellent fitted kitchen with kettle, toaster, oven, microwave oven, induction hob, dishwasher and large fridge freezer. There was a dining table in the kitchen and another on th large balcony.
The main pool area was spacious, but did get busy. The grounds of the property are well maintained with a combination of plants and some artificial grass.
We would recommend this property to anyone wanting a quiet family holiday.

We stayed 7 days at this wonderful new place/apar**ent complex. There's an adults only eternity pool on the rooftop of building 4. You can buy groceries at the SPAR supermarket near the lobby/entrance area. Apar**ents are fully equipped with all the necessities. We stayed in building 6 in 2 bedroom apar**ent and we loved our big balcony. Rooms are spacious. Beds are very comfortable. I felt like home.
The only negative thing is that the location/complex is a bit far from the ocean/beach but it's kind of a good aspect because this way it's hidden and families with children can be sure that this place is very safe.
To be honest I realized that I don't need to book 5 star hotels, I rather prefer to stay in apar**ent like this. Arguineguin Park by Servatur did the best job in providing the best service. Applause! I'll be definitely coming back.

We were surprised to find it was only one bathroom in the flat instead of two, but We got a much bigger terrasse.
We stayed 3 weeks, but had friends comming for one week. No problem of changing, but had to pay 50 euro extra the past 10 days for changing flat to have a bathroom extra.
All We needed for the holiday were there.
A Nice, well run place.

Nice enough apar**ents, but we had one for 4 people and one of the double beds was just a sofa bed stuck in the lounge area. If it says two bedrooms then I expect that not to include the lounge. WiFi is terrible and unsuitable for anything more than casual browsing - and even that is better done from my phone's data connection.
Nothing bad about the hotel, but also maybe not quite as great as it could be.

Great and new apar**ents. Still new and therefore in great condition. The premise is cleaned continuously which makes a great place to stay. The two pools are nice and at least by the adult pool the life guard move towels from chairs when people left them on the sunbeds for too long without being there :-) The personnel was extremely kind and did what they could to help you out. A small but well equipped supermarket is nice and not far away is a much bigger supermarket.
