We loved the hotel, but the check-in and check-out were extremely slow. My check-out took more than 15 minutes!! Unbelievable!

O problema é o SPA sem conexão coberta, numa regiãi chuvosa e fria. Outra é a má qualidade do restaurante, terceirizado, ou melhor precarizado, caro e ruim!

Agradável, mas poderiam melhor o cafe da manhã para atender pessoas com restrição a gluten e caseina.
Aa comidas sem estes ingrediantes poderiam ficar num local separado das demais p não contaminar. E os funciinarios poderiam ter conhecimento da importância de atender as necessidades destas clientes.
