Hotel is located right in the center of town near everything. The breakfast buffet was great. The beds were comfortable. Only thing I did not like were the annoying sales agent wanting to pitch for Hotel Club every morning as you walk out of breakfast.

We throughly enjoyed our stay. We love Brasil! We love Gramado and we loved our accommodations. This hotel was within walking distance to everything! While I try to speak very broken Portuguese, it was a relief that some people at the hotel spoke English.

Um hotel muito bem localizado,no centro e perto de todas as atrações.
Quarto grande,uma ótima cama,travesseiros no tamanho ideal. Banheiro com amenites da L'occitane.Um secador maravilhoso. Chuveiro com uma ótima ducha. Um café da manhã com uma boa variedade de produtos
Certamente foi uma ótima escolha para quem quer se hospedar no centro de Gramado

Exatamente dentro do esperado. A localização é excelente, bem no centro da cidade permitindo andar a pé, o que facilita muito. Voltarei com certeza.

O ponto principal do Hotel é o atendimento da equipe. Todos muito cordiais e atentos à necessidade do hóspede. Na recepção, destaque para o atendimento da Jocy, no serviço de quartos, ao servico da Ana e no restaurante, ao atendimento do Felipe. Todos excepcionais. O hotel é muito bem localizado, com fácil acesso, a pé, a varios pontos turísticos. O cafe da manhã é bom e bem diverso.
