Cadgwith Cove Inn

A lovey pub in a great Cornish seaside fishing village. Had a table in the cozy bar area inside. (Also has outside seating when warm enough). The food- fish and chips was the best pub fish and chips we’ve had in a long while. Great service and friendly staff. Would highly recommend. Ps Tip - park in the car park signposted as you come into Cadgwith and take the footpath down through the charming cottages- takes only 5 mins. There is no car park at the pub.

This place is special. Warmly welcomed with a comfortable room with ensuite, good pub food loaded with freshly caught fish, our lobster caught right off the village by a local fisherman. This place gives you a real sense of a Cornish fishing community. The absolute highlight was being there for Folk night held every Tuesday, what a treat. Make sure if you go that you include a night that’s catches the music evenings it will make your trip.

I visit here from my homeland Estonia with my children and woman. Firstings time in England. In this place is nice. The drink was strong so I fell but bar lady helped me. There was singings happening and everyone joined the singings. My woman didn't like one of the bar ladys as she had angry face but the others were tranquil. The sea is close to the beach. Is beautiful place and I feelings I come again once my mother is dead and I have her money. Certain good visitings

Terrible experience. I booked by accident the wrong month, expidia were great but the hotel owners wouldn't do anything. They suggested sending a friend instead. Awful behaviour for people in the holiday industry. We were shocked by their attitude.

Great drinks and meal at the Cadgwith Cove Inn yesterday. Superb place to visit and stay. Good choice of food and the battered fish and chips were excellent. Fantastic value for money. Many thanks to Garry and Helen who are great hosts. We will be back.

Treated Like Dirt!!! I booked the wrong date, I booked April instead of March by accident, they refused to do anything. They accepted I had made a mistake but their policy was no refunds under any circumstances. They then LIED to me and blamed *******, So I spoke to *******. ******* said it was the hotel policy not theirs. ******* then rang the hotel and they refused to give me a refund, even with over 4 weeks notice. The hotel said if you can't make it send a friend. Absolutely Disgraceful treatment..!!1 I won't stay here if I were you, they will treat you like dirt, take your money and lie to you. We still can't believe they tried to blame *******, ******* were very helpful and did everything they could to help us.

We travelled over 300 miles knowing we would be returning to this lovely pub for a meal and a pint! Made so very welcome on our arrival. Garry (owner) was in the bar and happily chatted to us while we drank 2 perfectly poured pints. Had fish and chips - excellent! Even better than we had remembered! Finished off with superb sticky toffee pudding and clotted cream. Fabulous. This pub plus location is a hidden gem. We will be back!

We came here on a wet March day to check it out. It was an incredibly warm welcome, to say the least! Village hospitality at its finest. We decided to stay for the Sunday roast dinner and we were blown away. Everything was done to perfection, from the roast itself to the homemade crumble with custard for dessert. Highly recommend visiting for a meal, pint in the cosy pub, or stay for the night, whatever tickles your fancy. You won’t be disappointed. :)

We stayed here for two nights while doing a couple of stages of the SWCP. The room and shared bathroom had been refurbished well and were very clean. We had dinner both nights and the food was delicious. Service was great. All in all I would thoroughly recommend that you stay at the Cadgwith Cove Inn.
