The hotel is beautiful, great fun, we were satisfied with everything, the shows are amazing. The food is nice and my friend Mehmet from the animation team is very funny and his energy made us happy and entertained a lot thank you to him💯❤️❤️❤️

Everything was good: delicious and various food, friendly personnel, green location with birds singing every morning, clean, small houses are located far from main entertainment area, so you can enjoy the silence . The main pool was quite big. I would highly recommend the hotel.

We rested very well at this hotel, the kind character especially MEHMET! The services at the highest level, the food tasty and to everyone's taste. Club kids for children is with diverse and fun activities. I recommend this hotel!🏨🫶⛰️🌊

Food was very good with the different varieties of cousins. We had a lot of fun and the Entertainment team was one of the best in the have seen, special thanks to Umut and Mehmet ❤️ 😇 May was a little bit cold, but still we have used the pool and sea shore. Definitely will come once more with friends and family.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the hotel with my family, and I must commend the exemplary level of service we experienced throughout our stay. A special shout-out to Yunus, the barman, who not only showcased outstanding mixology skills but also added a personal touch to our evening chats. Although the weather disappointed us, the hospitality of the facility staff made us forget all the negativities. We had a very nice time in this facility with a perfect nature. Especially at night, the delicious cocktails prepared by Mr Çağatay and his friendly attitude convinced us to visit this holiday village again. In addition, we would like to thank the Setur Officer Eda Hanım, who made the u**ost effort to make our holiday go well, guided us correctly in every matter, and provided communication between us and the facility. I would especially like to thank many of your colleagues, whose names I cannot remember now, for their friendliness. See you on our next holiday.

It's an absolutely fantastic resort in terms of appearance. Small houses are scattered inside a beautiful palm park, with trees with lemons, olives, oranges, and more. Really beautiful. We were visiting towards the end of the season when the hotel was about 30% booked. As a result, there were plenty of free sunbeds everywhere, plenty of chairs on the terrace in the dining room with a great view of the sea, and no queues at the bars. Unfortunately, there was no program in the evening, which is understandable. The all-inclusive food offer is great. Every day there are small changes and the food only starts to repeat after about 10 days. However, it is in the dining room where the first big minus lies. For reasons that are absolutely incomprehensible to us, you cannot pour a drink with your meal. You have to wait for the waiter to bring it to you. It was quite common that we didn't have anything to drink with our meal. When there was a drink, it was at most one 250 ml glass. This is completely unacceptable in a five-star hotel. Let your guests serve themselves, especially if your staff are lame in their tasks. The room equipment is good. The beds should be wider, 140 cm for two people is not much. The first day we only had one blanket. (And it really wasn't a quilt for two) The minibar always had Fanta, Coca-Cola, Capi, and plenty of water. Also coffee and tea. Another big minus - the hotel room smelled of sewer. And it really a lot. The maids did leave the window to the balcony open and used the air freshener, but it was no use. Even so, the smell was strongly noticeable, and coming to a room where the smell of feces was strong was not pleasing. In general, housekeeping-cleaning was pretty weak. Overall, I have never been to a nicer hotel but I still give a lower rating because this resort doesn't deserve better. We were pleased with the friendly photographer. We have a lot of beautiful photos thanks to him. The bartenders are quite pleasant as well. Especially if you leave a few euros in their pocket. The liquor menu included better brands of rums, vodka whiskey, bourbons, etc. The mixed drinks were made with local alcohol but for a few euros, it was no problem to switch back to imports. The pool water is a little bit cold.
