Abgesehen von der unfreundlichen Rezeption waren wir mit dem Hotel sehr zufrieden. Essen, Strand, Pool, Zimmer, alles super. Ebenso freundliche Barkeeper, ob morgens (Marina, Stavros) oder abends, sowie das ganze Animationsteam (Paula, Sebastian…). Ihr wart großartig, vielen Dank.

Fabulous hotel! Food was unreal, especially in the Avra restaurant. Staff couldn’t do enough for us. Lovely little private beach, warm sea, even in April! Eur30 taxi to Heraklion. Not much to do outside the complex but enough to do inside so we never got bored. Matteo at the outside bar is a gem. Not sure what was in those cocktails but we slept well!! And we watched him handle some slightly obnoxious guests brilliantly.

We are a family of 4 and we stayed for a week. Entire resort was tidy and clean, room was good, food and drinks were offered plenty and were very good, the kids enjoyed the slides at the pool a lot. For my wife’s birthday we got a nice birthday cake. Very thoughtful of the staff. Needless to say our stay was perfect.

Really nicee, The animation team is amazing, Ainoha is the best she is so funny and friendly, also michelle, this holidays was incredible! Our favorite restaurant was asian restaurant and also the pool bar and the staff. Crete is a cool island :)

My wife and I have just had a fantastic week in this brilliant hotel. It’s difficult to separate the praise because from start to finish,everything was excellent. The check in was easy, the room was absolutely spot on and the rest of the experience was excellent. The staff, from catering to bar staff to cleaning were all so polite, helpful and pleasant at all times. The management, restaurant managers, reception and general supervisors were always helpful and receptive to the hotel guest’s requests. The food in all the restaurants was first class and the drinks in all the bars were really nice. The staff catered for the guests in every way that was required. When we were leaving, the restaurant manager George, disappeared and came back with a sandwich for our journey!! We had a really enjoyable week here and I would like to thank the staff and management for making this happen. The hotel is extremely comfortable and all areas were clean and well kept. I would recommend this hotel and we will be arranging another break away here when we can.

Perfect stay! Excellent service and good quality food. Beach and several pools available with enough sunbeds for all the guests. Friendly staff all around the hotel. Several bars with great cocktails and snacks. Several good restaurants.

I really loved this hotel. I travel a lot and it's one of the best (and even the best). All is perfect. The staff (barmans and receptionists) are so kindly. The director (I guess) is very present and check enverwhere all the time. Everything is very clean and the food delicious. All is beautiful. Thank you very much for this holidays ＜3 I'll come back. (I particularly liked the Greek show) See you soon :)
