ไม่มีเครื่องปรับอากาศ! ไม่ได้มาพร้อมกับน้ำขวดฟรี ไม่มีบ้านสำหรับห้องพักของเราเป็นเวลา 2 คืน อาหารเช้าอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง ฝุ่นและทรายมากเพราะมีสถานที่ก่อสร้างอยู่ติดกับโรงแรม อีกอย่างมันเป็นประสบการณ์ที่ไม่เหมือนใครเพราะห้องของเราเป็นถ้ำจริงๆ ทำเลที่ตั้งดีเยี่ยมใกล้กับถนนสายหลักและใจกลางเมือง โรงแรมขนาดเล็กที่มีเสน่ห์พร้อมการตกแต่งที่สวยงาม ขอขอบคุณเป็นพิเศษกับพนักงานใจดีที่เตรียมอาหารเช้าแบบแพ็คกล่องให้เราเพื่อขึ้นเครื่องแต่เช้าตรู่

家族旅行で2泊しました。 広々とした部屋で、4人で泊まってスーツケースを2つ広げてもまだ余裕がありました。 場所はギョレメの中心地を見下ろすことのできる坂の上で、歩いてすぐなのでアクセスは良かったです。 空港からはホテルに送迎サービスをお願いしました。1人10ユーロで現金支払いでした。 アメニティは小さなシャンプー・リンス・ボディシャンプーがついていたと思いますが、ボトルの字が消えかかっていて良くわからなかったので、持っていったものを使いました。歯ブラシやスリッパ、冷蔵庫、ペットボトルのお水はありませんでした。 朝食は9時からなので、気球体験から戻ってきて食べることができました。パンとチーズ、野菜のビュッフェスタイルで、飲み物はチャイがありました。パンは外側がカリッとして、内側がフワッとして美味しかったです。 洞窟ホテルに泊まってみたかったので、良い体験ができました。

Loved our stay here and everything about the hotel. But there was another slightly disabled gentleman staying at the hotel that needed special medication. One of the family walked him down to the chemist and helped him with his needs. Above and beyond service.

Many hotels at Cappadocia call themselves cave hotels. Not many genuinely are. Melek is one of the few real cave hotels there. Steeped in history, this place is a pleasure to be in. The staff there, Gazi and Sameh, are amazing. Communication was easy since Gazi speaks quite a few languages and English fluently. The home made cookies at breakfast are really very good.

Melek Cave Hotel is the best affordable and reasonable price hotel in Capadocia, with an amazing view and its awesome cave styled rooms. The staff were the best part, they’re very friendly, helpful and flexible. The breakfast was amazing, very focused and tasty. The hotel overall is very clean and hygienic. I’d definitely recommend this hotel for anyone who’s planning to stay more than three days in Capadocia, the location is practically near the center and shops -2 mins walk-.

Don't ever book this hotel. this is kind of scam/fraud. We booked this hotel when we had plan to visit the cappadocia with our travel agent. But one of us got Covid when we were in Athens. the authorities didn't let us to board for the flight. So we had to cancel this tour plan because we didn't had any other choice. we called hotel many times but no one pick up. and then we called ******* to cancel this reservation and refund. ******* tried to call them and no one pick up then they called again someone from hotel said manager not there call later. even it was day time. they kept us waiting until the our reservation time start. then we called again to *******. The hotel staff told them that we already checked in and we are there in cappadocia. Like how come? we was unable to fly turkey then how we checked in. When we was concerned about our health and safety, these hotel people was thinking just about the money. we was tried to cancel the booking 4 days before our reservation days but they was the one who was playing games. Anyways. If you book this hotel, be ready to lose your money if you have to cancel or change the plan due to any reason.

Water got cutoff by the hotel for a whole day, do I need to say more? The rooms stunk of stale water, it was unbearable even with my mask on. Overall it was clean, but definitely a subpar experience compared to adjacent “cave” hotels. Staff were okay but we unhelpful when water cut off in the middle of a shower. The “included” breakfast was mediocre at best. The whole area is a tourist trap and merchants will try to charge you 5-10x the amount of anything.

Amazing hotel

Excelente servicio, súper atentos los encargados del hotel, el lugar está cerca del mirador de Göreme, los atardeceres son espectaculares, el dormir en la cueva es una experiencia muy agradable, está fría a pesar del calor que uno siente en el exterior ya que fuimos en temporada caliente. La cama súper rica, dormimos como un bebé.
