This was my second stay at the hotel. Again I am fully satisfied! Perfect option for family vacation! Great place with many interesting things to do. Amazing animation team with a lot activites during the day! Every day there is a different spectacle at the stage :). Rooms are clean and with great view. Food is perfect and varied :) Keep this high level in future!

We spent one week at Melia and we had such a great time! The rooms were very clean and spacious, food at the restaurant was amazing and different every day. We want to say a big thank you to Stenly, Miro, Vicky, Eva and Eli from the animation team! They were amazing and we had so much fun with them during all the activities they were doing! The night shows were also amazing! Our vacation was unforgetable and we are for sure coming back next year!

Am avut o ședere foarte plăcută la Melia Grand Hermitage, iar ceea ce a făcut această experiență cu adevărat specială a fost profesionalismul și amabilitatea personalului hotelului. La plecare, din neatenție, am uitat la hotel un rucsac alb în care se aflau lucrurile fiicei mele. Am fost foarte îngrijorată, însă am primit imediat ajutor și suport din partea hotelului pentru a încerca să recuperăm lucrurile uitate. Aș dori să îi mulțumesc în mod special domnului Vladimir Radev, care a fost extraordinar de empatic, serviabil și prompt. A verificat situația, a ținut legătura cu mine și s-a implicat personal pentru ca lucrurile fiicei mele să ajungă înapoi la noi. Pentru noi a însemnat enorm, mai ales pentru că era vorba despre lucrurile unui copil. Este foarte reconfortant să întâlnești oameni care nu își fac doar meseria, ci aleg să ajute cu adevărat atunci când un oaspete are nevoie. Datorită implicării domnului Vladimir și sprijinului oferit de hotel, am reușit să recuperăm bunurile uitate. Îi mulțumesc din suflet lui Vladimir Radev pentru răbdare, empatie, promptitudine și pentru faptul că s-a implicat atât de mult în rezolvarea situației. A fost un gest care ne-a făcut să apreciem și mai mult hotelul și oamenii care lucrează acolo. Recomand cu drag Melia Grand Hermitage și, în mod special, oamenii care demonstrează că ospitalitatea înseamnă mai mult decât un serviciu bun — înseamnă grijă, înțelegere și omenie. We had a very pleasant stay at Melia Grand Hermitage, but what made our experience truly special was the professionalism, kindness and genuine care shown by the hotel staff. Unfortunately, at check-out, we accidentally left a white backpack at the hotel containing some of our daughter’s belongings. I was very worried, but the hotel immediately offered help and support in trying to recover the items we had left behind. I would especially like to express my sincere gratitude to Mr. Vladimir Radev, who was incredibly empathetic, helpful and prompt throughout the entire process. He checked the situation, kept in contact with me and personally helped make sure that my daughter’s belongings could be sent back to us. This meant a great deal to our family, especially because the belongings belonged to a child. It is truly reassuring to meet people who do more than simply perform their job — people who genuinely care and are willing to help when a guest is in need. Thanks to Vladimir’s involvement and the support of the hotel, we were able to recover the belongings we had forgotten. A heartfelt thank you to Vladimir Radev for his patience, empathy, kindness and prompt assistance. His involvement made a real difference to us and left us with an even greater appreciation for the hotel and its wonderful staff. Great hotel, very clean, very kids friendly, highly recommended. Worth taking We stayed in the Level suite, amazing view and you hear the sea at night (there is a net on the balcony door). The food is great including steaks and grilled fresh fish etc. Ice cream, pizza and burgers non stop between meals . I esp want to thank Viktoria at the level reception, Radi, Alina , Tetyana , Adham and Ashish from the restaurant , and the chefs Antonii and Boyan. And all the animation and kids club team, they were all amazing.

Very disappointing experience, far below the standards I would expect from a Meliá hotel. First of all, the minibar in the room did not work. In addition, although the room was booked for 3 people, we received only 2 bathrobes and 2 pairs of slippers, which already showed a lack of attention to basic room preparation. To make matters worse, we were also served moldy bread, which is completely unacceptable and raises serious concerns about hygiene and food quality. The most serious issue happened last night. At around 11:00 PM, the single bed broke and obviously required immediate attention. However, the problem was delayed for approximately two hours and was only resolved at around 1:00 AM. What made the situation even worse was the way it was handled by the reception staff. After we had already been waiting for about half an hour, we were told that we should wait until they finished checking in other guests and that they would deal with our problem afterwards. This is absolutely unacceptable. A broken bed in an occupied room is not a minor request that should be pushed to the bottom of the priority list, especially at 11:00 PM when guests should be able to rest. Another major issue was communication. Some staff members were not able to communicate properly in English, which made an already frustrating situation even more difficult to handle. The problem is not only that these issues happened, but also the complete lack of urgency, professionalism, and proper customer care in dealing with them. For the reputation and standards associated with Meliá, the service we experienced was extremely disappointing. I expected a completely different level of quality, hygiene, communication, and problem resolution.

I had a wonderful stay at Melia Grand Hermitage. The hotel was lovely, food was delicious and the rooms were very clean. But the highlight was definitely the animation team. They were energetic, friendly, and made sure there was always something fun to do. Their positive attitude and great activities created a fantastic atmosphere for both kids and adults. They truly made my holiday more enjoyable and memorable!

Excelent! You have everything here. Good food, parties, pool, private beach and big and clean rooms. All their personnel are trying their best that you feel great. Thank you all!
