This property is decent for family visit. Huge one, with im house restaurant. Rooms are great for stay but very basic. Food was good at restaurant. The service was promp too. Recommended.

Very clean and all the basic needs fulfilled at viraz valley. The service is prompt. View is also good. Food is good too. They would arrange two wheelers for rent also. They helped us plan the sightseeing places. Overall a great stay with affordable prices

The property is located in calm, serene place and not too far from city center. The rooms are spacious. The premise has lots of open area and recreation instruments for the kids to play. Their in house restaurant is awesome and serves variety of delicious food. Overall pleasant stay for the family. If you don't have a personal vehicle then commuting could be a challenge.

Hotel is clean, responsive staff and food is good within budget but i personally felt the cost of the rooms is higher when compared to others without sea view
location is very pleasant, transport is bit difficult with your own vehicle it’s near to beaches hardly 3 to 5 kms travel

Decent rooms - went during peak season and rates were high. Good in the accompanying restaurant was good. In the middle of gokarna market and i’m and kudle beach. Recommend to take autos to go to wherever you want if the season is peak else the roads are narrow and easily get jammed. Front desk is easily accessible and will be able to get you autos

1. Room near and clean. Well maintained. 2. Surrounding: green, fresh air, lot of space to exercise and walk. 3. Beaches easily accessible with auto, available on request. 4. Manager helpful. Staff friendly. Well taken care of me and my wife: senior citizens l. 5. Resturent: jagirdar and b him were great. Tweaking the ingredients to suit our taste. Thanks to both. 6. Enjoyee the stay. 5. May be a cattle to make tea) coffee in the room will be helpful. No complaints. Thanks.

Toilets had foul smell. No elect-tic water kettle at room. Had to go collect hot water to drink from restaurant as there were no one to bring it(as stated by room service number)
floor mats were dirty
too many power cuts and no ups for light and fan also for instant backup. It took few mins but not much
they have only small instant heater and not geyser
they charged 12k during christmas holidays time but not worth even 3k
coffee/tea/milk available at only select hours
restaurant food was good but expensive morning breakfast is children friendly (no idly/oothappam/omlette)

Property location is really good. Nice and calm place with good service. Rooms are clean and spacious. Restaurant is available in the premises.
