The staff is friendly. The room is clean. The service is good. This is the best hotel in town. But the weight training room need to be upgraded as some of the equipment is partially broken.. 💔

We were placed in a room that had, according to the check in clerk, that was just remodeled. The bathroom sink would not drain. A maintenance man came but could not fix it and the hotel had us moved to another room which according to the manager, was just renovated and we wentre the first occupants. The bathroom sink drain was not installed properly and the bathroom sink flooded due to this. We were again given another room which was an upgrade to a suite for our second night stay. All in all it was two moves one on Friday and another on Saturday.

The hotel was going through renovation and for the most part, the hotel was comfortable but there water temperature was low I like taking hot showers, and the water was lukewarm. The staff was amazing and very accommodating.

I had high hopes for this property, but was sorely disappointed at the overall condition of the hotel and our room. The beds were haphazardly made, there was mildew throughout the shower, and the bath towels were the size of a foot towel. At the end of the hall was a large bin of dirty bedding that stayed there for the entire weekend. I realize this hotel probably gets booked often, but they need to invest in updating and cleaning the existing rooms.
The restaurant was very good, though.

The internet was down when I checked in at 4pm. It was still down by 8pm. My kids have homework due that night. Not happy with this situation.

Mattress on the sofa sleeper had old urine and blood marks and was falling apart. Fridge was old in the room.

The room was recently renovated but cleanliness was poor. There was opened, half eaten food in the fridge and a previous guest’s shoes left in the room. Otherwise staff was pleasant and the hotel was convenient.

Was told we were given a remodeled room in building C. What they should have said was that it is in the process of being remodeled- literally during our stay. When we walked in, the light-switch didn’t turn on any lights. We had to plug in the microwave to use it and learned that the main light switch at the door was turning the power on/off to the microwave which randomly beeped until we unplugged it. The bedding was stiff and scratchy. It felt very cheap. Hotel bedding should be soft and comfortable.
The bathroom had no bar soap, no toiletries for the sink or shower, we had to call for some. There was also loud construction (saw or drill) early Sunday morning going on down the other hallway. The entrance was in the back of the building with dumpsters overflowing.
$300, what a huge disappointment.

I had to move furniture to plug the TV in, and no coffee for the coffee maker. They are under major renovations, which I didn’t know when making my reservation, and at 1130pm I had to call the desk to tell them the works music was so loud the floor below. Not worth the $$$, at this time.
