Nice hotel. They were not able to help me with my cancelation request because I booked through trip.com which apparently I was told by the desk clerk that "they don't work with them" which I find odd considering I was able to book a room with them via trip.com. This was disappointing. I feel this needs a second look.

Need to clean your blankets I was grossed out by the amount of other people’s hair on the blankets. Disgusting 🤮.

I've stayed here many times and don't have a bad thing to say. Quiet and comfortable rooms. Fast check in and large complimentary breakfast.

Very clean, friendly staff and AMAZING breakfast! They had fresh eggs, sausage, green chilis, biscuits + gravy, waffle bar, yogurt bar, cereal bar and more. Would have loved some stronger coffee, but will definitely stay again!

Let me start to thanks Angela, the manager, for the great service at the check in ..she is so friendly nd makes this place under her management perfectly...the hot breakfast was so good , the pool and hot tub was so clean ...We will go back if we will be in Glenwood springs in the future. Definitely Definitely👌

The location is great! Easy walk to Glenwood Hot Springs and 5 minutes The Caverns and Iron Mountain Hot Springs. The walls in the hotel room are thin and you can easily hear your neighbors.
