Great stay for families and friends. Comfy beds and clean with cooking facilities and plenty room to move around.

房間比較小比較悶，我們當天訂的酒店，週末大部分時間攜程上的酒店都滿房了，這家是剩下有房的最貴的了。房間比較不透氣，衞生條件不是特別好。被子下面和其他鎮的酒店一樣有墊乾淨的床單。但是上面的藍色被子就是露在外面重複使用的。晚上週圍泡了温泉也沒有用他的衞生間洗澡。

房間很大，床品非常舒適。前台有一個北京姑娘，詳細介紹了當地景點，並提供了許多優惠券，非常不錯的一次體驗。

Located on the run-into the centre of Rotorua, this motel is fairly well located for hitting all the hotspots…but it’s a somewhat squat complex with the entry/exit and parking presenting a tight challenge. The layout of our upstairs/downstairs 2-bedroom accommodation was odd in that it all seemed a little cramped. Furnishings, décor, etc all a bit drab and lacking something, but having access to Netflix was a nice touch. All said, this motel served our purposes adequately…nothing more, nothing less.

The place was nice, but not as exceptional as we expected by others reviews. Things are a little worn in the room we were in. In the morning my wife went to use the spa/hot tub and after filling it with water she turned it on and it spewed out extremely dirty water. Manager said it was because the hotel was old. I disagree. - it simply needed a better cleaning. Use bleach and fill, run and refill the hot tub until it comes out clean. It’s not rocket science. They don’t offer any kind of refund but they did offer us a couple of candy bars and an apology.

Excellent and efficient check in with advice on local tourist attractions and discount vouchers given which were greatly appreciated, and used. We were very surprised at the size of our apar**ent and it was well presented and clean. There were 2 upstairs balconies, one off the master and one off the living area, and a downstairs patio off the second bedroom. The spa bath was a bonus after spending a few hours out mountain biking. Great central location for the activities we were doing. The only recommendation we could make, which in no way affected our stay, would be the addition of some wine glasses, which we would have used while enjoying the sunset on the balcony. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you Brylin, we loved our stay in Rotorua❤️ We didn’t see or hear any of the other occupants while there.

Super happy with our family stay with 3 children under 5 years old. Really lovely staff - we are so grateful this place was available for us. The room had been recently renovated; it was clean and comfortable :)
