這家酒店體驗太差了，服務員盡然把我的Le Mer 護膚油倒走，灌上了水。走的時候跟酒店投訴已經一週了沒有收到任何回覆

The views from the rooms are amazing. This is one of the best places I have stayed at so far and an so happy to have chosen it. The room was clean, checking in was no issues and the atmosphere just felt great.

The service was the most disappointing, the staff was very rude multiple times. We had a suite and it was very dirty, my son found tequila bottles under the tv cabinet, the carpets were filthy and the bathroom felt very gross and dirty. We stay at ALOT of different hotels due to traveling for dance, and this has by far been one of the worst.

Property needs a make over especially bathrooms. With no ventilation or bathroom fan, a lot of ceiling peel and windows condensation. For such a large hotel, too small of a pool an lack of bathrooms, locker room and what they call a changing room is very unacceptable. Door doesn’t close and is falling apart along with mold on the walls of this room which looks like a make shift from a storage closet. No towels available from the athletic club that owns that area or oversees pool and attendant at desk was not helpful and rude. Very disappointed with this visit.

This is the first time I have stayed at this hotel and it was a very comfortable stay. I got upgraded to the junior suite and loved the interstate view from my corner room .

Have to pay almost $10 a day for WiFi. Then $20 a person for a really terrible buffet breakfast. There isn’t even a working tv in the workout room. The shower was luke warm. I’ll never stay at another Westin again. They nickel and dime you!
