Very friendly, helpful staffs. Leave my watch in the room when check out. Contact the staff and immediately check and keep my watch for me and return to me when I come back. Specifically thanks to HAPPY for check and keep the watch for me.

The staff are very helpful. We requested to change the room, once we found out the toilet light was too dark and the hand wash dispenser was not serviceable. And the key from the other room was not serviceable. We went back to reception right away. The staff changed the room and the key card for us, immediately.

Spacious room that includes dishwasher (thank you). Breakfast is good although nothing super fancy. Bed is on the harder side and pillows are good. Not happy with toilet paper quality which was really poor. Staff is superb and super friendly. Besides that, will recommend staying it if you get a deal.

Amazing location and staff. St Enoch has lots of lovely places to eat and the room was good. A few of the utensils where not clean but nothing major

The location good, just few minutes walk to the Glasgow Central station and Buchanan bus station, a minute walk to the St Enoch subway station. multiple shopping centres and supermarket nearby. The room is big and comfy. The kitchenware in the room can allow us to cook. However, I am a bit disappointed to 1 event. When I checked in on Thursday, the kitchen ceiling light is nearly went out, when I notified the reception staff and she checked and claimed will inform the techician to repair it on the same day or tomorrow, but still no one do the maintainance work on the next day. I talked to another staff on Friday evening, may be at 5-6pm. He also claimed will inform the techician to do the maintainance work but not on the same day and may be on Monday. I don't think it is acceptable, after a so-called discussion or argument, this reception staff help me to change the light by himself. I can comment that he is helpful but it is doubtful if techician is not available or so busy to change a ceiling light within 2 days.

Nice apartment type of hotel with kitchen, dish washer, and coin laundry inside the hotel itself. It’s clean, comfortable with decent room size. There’s a blackboard at the reception with a list of recommended activities, restaurants, etc too. Highly recommended.

Nice and friendly staff, allow luggage storage in the early morning before our check-in time, hence very convenience for traveller. Hotel is also near the shopping district and the train station, within walking distance.

Great location, close to bus stops, underground station and shops.

We loved the studio flat we took. The room was clean and it had everything even a pasta strainer. The place was in the city center ten minutes walk to tourist attractions like George Square.
