Room was great, had everything to make us comfortable. Location was excellent also Parking was easy We were very happy with our stay. The room was very clean, the amenities excellent and if the weather had been better, we would have utilised the outdoor pool

An email was sent to us but as we had already left home we did not receive it and consequently did not know where to get the keys from. Luckily there was someone else getting their keys and I asked if there was one for Gowman and they said yes. The bottom of the shower curtains were dirty and there were dirt spots on the carpet. The room was spacious and so we had plenty of room to move around. The bed was comfortable.

The Property was in a great location to the main street and restaurants etc. Booking was easy online with Wot-if and check in was very professional. Unit was the two bedroom style and very clean and tidy. :}

After a torrid few weeks travelling back and forward from South Qld to help care for a very ill close relative in Gladstone , we arrived there at the Central Apar**ents late on the Thursday afternoon . Staff could not have been nicer and more welcoming were the folks on reception , which under our family circumstances was very much appreciated . Room was large and well appointed and the large eastern facing balcony was extra special . Fridge was massive , as well as other kitchen gear was good. My wife would have loved a TV in the main bedroom as you battle the small fry for control of the lounge TV when Sesame st , Bluey and other children programmes are on . One extra amount of thanks when the manager lady ( sorry did not catch your name ) and Rayne at the front desk printed out a eulogy for me . Especially with my lack of IT skills when my email never came through to the hotel a few times. Many thanks ladies and gents in a stressful and sensitive time for me and the family .

Do not stay here. The room was dirty, smelly, cigarette burns in blankets, air conditioners didn't work, faulty washing machine. I strongly recommend you read the terms and conditions because they will with no authorisation charge your credit card and you will not be able to get in contact with them.

So disappointed with our stay here. We arrived on a Sunday and the front desk was closed. We called to get access to the lock box to get our cards. The unit was large which was the only good thing about it. First of all, it smelled horribly. It was SO bad we had to open all window. Secondly, the place was not clean. There was gunk on the kitchen appliances, the bin in the toilet was rusted and mouldy, carpets were soiled in some areas and the window coverings had splashes of something (god knows what) all over them. We immediately called down to the office and was left on hold for almost 10 minutes (even though they answered right away when we first arrived). We tried again with no luck. I sent them an email letting them know we were not happy with our room and we’re hoping to get a different suit, but received no reply. Because we were just passing through and just needed a place to sleep for the night we toughed it out. I would definitely NOT recommend this place. The smell lingered in our luggage for days. Quite disgusting. For the price we paid, we definitely felt ripped off. Honestly, the worst accommodations I’ve ever stayed at. No exaggeration. I would NOT recommend this place to my worst enemy.

What a fantastic large apar**ent. Better than expected.

Generally good but requires maintenance. Entry door had electronic key removed and required manual key. Balcony door had no latch - would have been an issue with younger children. Bathroom door did not latch or lock had to place luggage behind door so that our teenage daughters had some privacy.
