HU rooms are very small with no space for extra bed & despite this, it is not communicated to members. We were 5 adults (3 senior citizens) and a toddler, booked 2 HUs but it was a struggle to be in the rooms. The ***agement at the resort is not helpful at all. Despite 2 studios & an HU being available on our second day (as confirmed by the CM app), we were blatantly denied an upgrade. And I had only asked them to change our 1 HU to a studio. The way they handled my request was very rude & lacked courtesy. Apart from this - 1. There was no pre-arrival call from the resort. 2. The rooms were not cleaned properly, there was dust on the floor on both days we were there. The veran*** outside the room was dirty with wrappers, ciggarates etc lying around at the time of check in. It was not cleaned the second day either. 3. House keeping is terribly slow. We had to ask for a towel at least 4 times before it was sent to the room. I have been to 15+ CM resorts and this experience was clearly the worst.
