Nice and recent hotel in an industrial zone. Large and clean room. Clean bathroom as well. The breakfast is busy (with no sufficient area to sit). Try to avoid a room close to the lift, as its machinery tend to be noisy. Unfortunately, it looks the parking is not free.

Stay was great, Staff is very friendly, Room comfortable and clean, I accidentally left some items in my room and the staff (Julia W.) promptly sent them back to me. Would recommend this Marriott to anyone

THE GOOD: modern hotel , very clean and nice room.. parking is reasonable priced
THE NOT SO GOOD: expensive breakfast , no room service ?? , parking outside the building, room was cold for me and reception said not possible to do anything

Thé worst and weird distribution of thé rooms. Thé room had a dirty kitchen and a lot of dust under thé furniture.

A business hotel,great value on outskirts of Munich. Was on our route and proved an excellent choice. Nice breakfast. Friday night so was quiet, busy with working people through the week

I regularly stay here when visiting my corporate offices. It is a nice hotel, very modern and clean. The service is good as is the restaurant.
The biggest drawback is the remote location relative to any amenities, and be warned that takeway food delivery may be the only option during restaurant closed times (ie public holidays, etc).
