My stay was warm and welcomed. All staff was amazing, both courteous and friendly. I stayed for an extend period of time and enjoyed all my time at the inn. Definitely would recommend if your in town.

酒店還算比較乾淨，酒店周邊也比較安靜，不遠處就是超市等，比較方便，但早餐實在太差了，早餐廳燈光昏暗，東西也很少。最大的問題是我特意選的套間，攜程圖片上顯示的也是套間，但實際是卻是單間，這個有點欺詐嫌疑，我要投訴！

I would suggest putting in brighter light bulbs in the bathroom and putting up a full-length mirror in the room.

Checked-in on Sunday afternoon, as I have an Oncologist appoin**ent in the morning at MultiCare nearby. Instead of driving up the same day from Portland I chose this hotel. We likely would return when I have my next follow up appoin**ent in 6 months.

Great deal for a room that slept 5. Only like 15 minutes from the Tacoma dome. Room was clean, staff was very friendly and breakfast was great.

My stay was a Thursday night. The property gave me a unrequested room upgrade which was appreciated but did not really improve my overall experience as I was alone and did not value a larger suite.
Breakfast included was very good.
Main disappoin**ent was the property could not honor the book-back discount card offer that was promoted by a flyer left in my room. I would have re-booked for an additional second day had they honored that deal. I was for "weekdays" only and I was told by the front desk manager in person that booking a Friday night was considered a weekend stay. Stupid.

The Inn is lovely, clean and centrally located. It was a little noisy because of the proximity of SR16. The staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful.

We booked last-minute, due to a power outage at our home. The staff was so kind and professional, rooms were comfortable and well-maintained. We really enjoyed the stay and would certainly recommend this wonderful inn to anyone! Thanks so much!

Place was pretty gross and dingy. There was a brown ish liquid splattered over the curtains, brown liquid splashed brown liquid near the toilet. The yellow lighting made it seem like a smoke lounge. The pillows were all different and the mattress lumpy from use. The staff was friendly and the location is fantastic though.
