Myself and my wife stayed here for just one night on a mini tour of Belgium. We wish we had stayed here the whole week and just driven to the other places we visited and returned in the evening. 1. The whole hotel was spotless. 2. The bed was so comfortable, we could have stayed in it all day as well, we slept like new born babies. 3. The whole room was very well laid out, with everything to meet our expectations of an exceptional hotel. 4. Every member of staff was so nice and polite. They made time for just general chat if wanted. They offered so much advice on what to do in the town. We were checked in by Frank, a really nice, well spoken man who spoke several languages and was so easy to understand. We also met a guy on reception, apologies for getting his name wrong, but I think he was called Woojer. The chef made sure everything was prepared as we wanted it, even the lady cleaning was lovely. I didn’t get to meet the owner/manager, but my wife did and she said he was so helpful. 5. The hotel has a spa, which you book for your own use, lock the door and it’s yours for an hour. You can even use it more than once a day, which is included in the fee paid. The hotel was only a year old but everything looked brand new. 6. It was only a few minutes slow walk into the main centre of town. I could go on about this lovely hotel, but everything was perfect. We can’t recommend this hotel highly enough, and for reference, we are genuine tourists and no connection to the hotel or staff, so everything said above is genuine. We will be returning here next year. Thanks to the team, you made our holiday, shame it was only 1 night.

Tout ce qu’on aime dans un hôtel : luxe discret et de bon goût, calme, lit king size hyper confortable, régulation de la température ambiante facile à utiliser (c’est rare!), salle de bain très pratique (enfin une commande séparée pour éviter de prendre le ciel de pluie sur la tête par inadvertance !) et des produits de soin de très bon niveau. Le personnel de l’accueil est très sympathique, et nous a accueilli en français, ce qui est toujours appréciable. Le petit dej est très complet et varié, et vous pouvez commander un plat cuisiné. Bravo, tout est parfait, ne changez rien! Et les avis à 5 étoiles ne trompent pas.

Hotel très bien situé . Entre le centre historique et l'université. Quartier calme Hotel très bien équipé, chambre très confortable avec tout le confort que l'on puisse espérer. Belle SDB, bien équipée avec produits de soin de qualité. Réception au top.. avenant et connaissant bien sa ville et ses habitudes. Déjeuner impeccable avec produits locaux de qualité. Bref.. tout ce qu'on recherche pour un we en amoureux

Tout était absolument parfait ! Le personnel et le manager de l'hôtel sont aux petits soins pour leurs clients ! La chambre est parfaite et luxueuse, on s'y sent bien. Le spa et le petit déj sont également extras ! Bref, un hôtel à conseiller où mon compagnon et moi retournerons sans hésiter !

Fantastisch hotel. Wij zijn drie nachten geweest en het was echt verwennerij. De kamers groot, schoon en luxe. Bed heerlijk. Alles aanwezig wat je kunt bedenken. Het personeel is echt super! Je voelt je echt een VIP. En dan het ontbijt, top!
