Tasiana Star Complex

I want to summarize my experience in this place. I had the “pleasure” to stay here for more than a month, the worst part of my staying here, in this beautiful island -the room: the first time we came into the room it was really late so we didn’t realize how dirty the room was. The morning later we started to clean the room starting from the bathroom which was really in bad conditions. More than that, the whole place is full of cockroach, everywhere. -the place: the main problem for people who came here is that there are two structures in the Tasiana, one is cheaper and it seems clear why… in our room the fridge has been leaping for the entire stay and no one seems to do something about that. The water made the floor always wet and dirty. To deal with this problem my roommate went to the reception and asked for some rags. Once we used them to avoid having water in the kitchen, the day after the staff knocked our room’s door and came into the room and started to look around. They asked who gave us those rags because they were not the right ones, they were meant to be for the kitchen… -the pool: during the day the water is pretty clean, but starting from the afternoon it becomes green everyday so is not recommended to get inside. -the guardian: the positive aspect of the residence was the attention on not disturbing others -the security: the last aspect I want to report, is that since we had to wash our clothes and hang them out, what happened to me was that one night half of my things that were outside in the balcony, disappeared. As soon as I noticed it, I look around but didn’t find anything, the following day I found only a part of my things, in a basket hidden by a hedge, I have also made a picture because I couldn’t believe what happened… Personally, based on my experience, I would not recommend this place :(
