Hôtel très bien situé et propre. Le personnel est très agréable. Par contre le spa est un peu décevant.

I arrived on 13th September and stayed until 19th September and had a truly marvellous stay. Reception was very welcoming and staff very friendly and more than happy to speak English because regretfully I do not speak French, always smiling and greeting no matter what time of day you were in or out. The room was beautiful and very comfortable, lovely decor, and great facilities including air con shower superb and although it seemed to be open to the room it could actually be screened off, room was serviced every day complimentary water on first day of arrival plus tea making facility. My room had a nice view out towards the Alps and the hotel itself is very central to the main centre and to travel to other places so a great location. There is a swimming pool, spa, sauna and fitness room. Lovely small lounge downstairs behind reception with complimentary coffee. Would I stay at this hotel again, yes most definitely. Would I recommend this hotel - yes indeed without any hesitation. Thank you Urban Hotel and to all your Staff

We found a clean and functional room, with two bottles of local water ad a gift. The toilet with shower and washbasin is open to the room but the toilet is separate. The furnishings are minimal but very colourful. The electrical sockets are in the right place. Much attention paid to environmental sustainability and compliance with anti covid hygiene standards. Reception staff professional but a little slow.

Les chambres sont spacieuses et décorées avec goût. L'hôtel est très calme et le personnel accueillant. Le petit déjeuner est excellent, il ne manque rien. Le fait de devoir réserver son horaire de passage est un peu déroutant, mais du coup il ni a pas foule lorsque notre tour arrive.

Très bonne expérience dans ce joli hôtel ! Nous avons passé une nuit avec petit déjeuner et thalasseo inclus dans notre réservation. Jolis chambre avec des équipements pratiques et fonctionnels comme des portes coulissantes délimitant l’espace de la salle de bain que l’on peut ouvrir et fermer. Espace détente très agréable avec piscine, hammam, sauna, et un tout nouveau jacuzzi! Le petit déjeuner était un régale, avec un large choix de produits (salés, sucrés, fait maison ou pas ….), nous sommes ressorties le ventre plein !

L'accueil est parfait. La chambre était propre et douillette. L'espace détente était agréable: la couleur jaune décriée par un précédent internaute vient d'être remplacée par un gris bleu plus moderne et un jacuzzi est en fin d'installation: prometteur. Nous avons également bien apprécié l'espace détente offrant thé café et biscuits dans un cadre feutré. Nous n'hésiterons pas à revenir.

La literie, chaleur de la chambre : vous dormirez comme un bébé au chaud Rangement, tv, douche, bouilloire... Tout est à votre disposition, il ne manque rien le petit déjeuner : là si vous vous plaignez c'est que vous êtes vraiment difficile parce qu'il y a tous les choix possibles en buffet, donc à volonté, tout comme café ou autre propreté : rien à redire piscine : vous ressentez la chaleur de l'eau avant même d'y entrer NON ce n'est pas une piscine olympique géante, mais un endroit très précieux. j'avais lu Odeur de chlore dans une critique, il n'y en a absolument pas hamman sauna : pas testés le personnel : des réceptionnistes, aux femmes de chambre, à la dame du petit déjeuner, ce n'est que sourire, gentillesse, amabilité, serviabilité, professionnalisme, un doux plaisir l'emplacement, n'en parlons pas : juste idéal... Commerces, parcs, ballades où vous vous en mettrez plein les yeux... Bon le Lac est un peu plus loin, suffit de prendre le bus, lui aussi tout près, tout comme la gare... N'hésitez pas...
