I have stayed at Princess Ramada several times, but this is the first time that I had to pay a large amount just to check in a couple of hours early. Never happened before. I was very tired and hot, so I paid - not happy about it.

Room was generally clean. However, upon closer inspection there were dust and grime in some areas. Breakfast was limited but food was good nonetheless. Staff were very helpful and customer service overall was excellent.

The balcony door to my room had no lood, and it was difficult to opened. I had to wait 2hrs for drinking water, terrible TV service, no cable service.

1- they over charged my card by thousands of dollars
2- while I was asleep the cleaner walked in the room, picked up my towels and said to me “oh you're so quiet here “ I was so shocked she did that
3- I stayed in room 524 where there's a door separating both rooms, my side did not have a lock and the other people opened my door three times until I called front desk downstairs and had to put a chair to block the door

Checked in the first night and the room had an AC that was making alot of noise. I requested the staff to check it out and they immediately moved me to another room. I would say that my stay there was very pleasant. The only down part that I didn’t like was the staff always looking at you during breakfast time as if you are stealing the food. I would stay there again.

Front desk manager was rude to her staff and rude to guest. The restaurant staff were not kind and u had to flag them down to order and pay
