Attention ne pas louer. Pour la location du week-end de Noel en famille, un de notre famille a louer le gite pour un tarif prohibitif et pour des prestations jamais vues depuis que nous louons ce genre d'endroit : pas d'eau chaude (ou alors par intermittence le ballon a été remplacé mais ça ne suffit pas), le plafond de la salle principale est caché par des draps agrafés (par endroit sales car fuites d'eau avec auréoles), la cuisine est faite de bric, de broc et de palettes de chantier le tout séparée du salon par des cloisons en bois de jardin, sur les 3 fours 1 fonctionne et dans un état de saleté inacceptable, le salon est un constitué de fauteuils de jardin en plastique déformés, les chambres et toutes les pièces comportent des fissures importantes sur les murs, les chauffages muraux sont posés sur des briques,.... bref la liste est encore longue. En conclusion les Roberderies ne devraient pas être proposées à la location sans des travaux importants et surtout pas au tarif auquel nous avons loué.
