I like the design of the room, very modern. Except the black floor, walls and curtains are hiding the dirt. It didn’t feel like a clean room with spots on walls and floor. The hairdryer is sticky. It’s a pity because hotel is located at a prime location and breakfast is excellent! Personnel staff also very friendly.

The room, the bed wasn’t clean, nobody was there, when I wanted to check out. It was loud in the room, There is a lot of light and noise in the backyard, the towel at the shower was not clean. The lighting in the room does not work. Too bad for a high price a poor quality.

Very nice modern hotel. The bed is big and soft, good shower and our room had a bath. There was even a window that could be opened. The only thing That bothered us , that we couldn’t find the switch to turn of one led light. The breakfast buffet is very complete. So for us it was a very nice pleasant surprise to have such a good hotel. We will definitely will come back

The room smelled slightly of sewer air. by telephone, in the manual in the room and on the hotel TV channel it is stated that Wellness is open from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. in reality that is only as of 3 p.m.. The 700 m2 wellness advertised actually consists of 2 saunas of 6 m2, a broken Turkish steam bath, an almost broken experience shower, and the rest is a rest area. The rooms are nice, neat and large with a nice bathroom

We only went here for breakfast. They had a buffet with everything for breakfast and more : scrambled eggs, bacon, smoked salmon, all kinds of bread, all kinds of cheese and meat, fruit, yoghurt, cake, all kinds of jam, etc. For drinks they had sparkling wine, water, juices, coffee, several kinds of tea. The drinks were also selfservice from the buffet. The buffet was always refilled very quickly. The price of this breakfast was 24.50euro per person.

Room: not clean Bathrobes: both broken Welness: Hamam and steam out of order Roof terras: DIRTY, abandoned, neglected Breakfast: this was nice and alot. This is the only good thing about the hotel. I was very disapointed.

I was here with friends to play golf at the excellent Royal Limburg Golf Club. It is about 10 miles away so the hotel rates highly for convenience . It is modern with large, well-equipped rooms, quiet and with a large , clean car park underneath . It appears to have been converted from an office or other commercial building. I may be wrong about this but features included unusually high ceilings and long corridors. Breakfast was excellent, all staff responsive , helpful and professional with very good English. It was good value. I wasn't too impressed with the "wilded" garden which just looked a mess. I'm not sure I will be revisiting this part of Belgium but would happily stay here if I did .

Excellent hotel. Staff were extremely polite and helpful especially the reception staff. Bedroom very good although I did have a problem with the shower continually flooding the end of the bathroom. Overall, a Hotel I would gladly return too.

The toilet stank of urine, the temperature in the room was very high and airco didnt work when turned on. Also the lighting in the bathroom was very insufficient, one lightbulb also out of order.
