La Cour des Augustins Hotel

We booked for 2 nights with the family at a rate of €500 per night plus parking €20. This is NOT A 4 star hotel. More like 2 stars at a 5 star price. The room was smelly and dirty. The couch was torn and dirty, and the toilet looked like someone just took a dump, all brown. The lobby/reception also smelled like bad fish. The yard had broken furniture. When arriving late at night I could open the doors at two entrances without needing a key. Also the door to the yard could not be properly locked. This is really a security concern. Especially considering the neighborhood did not seem that good. We left immediately and when we wanted to leave but the gate didn’t open. It was very hard to reach the manager after multiple attempts to call him. Eventually he picked up and said that the gate for the car park could not be opened after 22.00. After insisting he opened the gate. We felt locked in. The manager also lied to *********** that we didn’t ask him to cancel.

We orignally booked this hotel for july 2020. Due to the covid pandemic the trip was postopned. When we rebooked in July 2022 our credit was still valid The staff were extremly friendly and helpful. Great location. Big room, seperate closet and even a small kitchenette.

I was surprised by the size of the room, although I requested a bed, when I arrived, the staff had already prepared an extra bed at no cost. Breakfast was as expected · - Spacious room - Diverse breakfast - Quiet area - - Very friendly staff - Daily cleaning

Spent four days at La Cour des Augustins while attending a conference, and we were absolutely delighted with the setting, service and location. The owner and staff were welcoming and gracious, consistently going well above and beyond to ensure that every detail was exactly to our liking. Common areas are lovely, with much African art and comfortable seating areas. Our suite was enormous, including a full kitchen and living room, tastefully decorated and spotless. Sleep quality was great, as it was absolutely silent, in spite of being on a busy street. The location could not be better—it’s steps from just about everything, including excellent (and free!) public transportation. In all, a true home away from home! Recommend very highly!

I appreciated ·the breakfast, that was quite consistent, the cleanliness of the hotel, the complete observance of the rules of distance and hygiene, the location of the hotel in the vicinity of the emblematic objectives of the city and the price that was more than reasonable determine me to return with pleasure.

Service minimal et accueil médiocre de la part du personnel sur place. Même s’il s’agissait d’un séjour pour affaires, je m’attendais à mieux. La prochaine fois, je penserai à réserver dans un autre établissement. Décoration jolie malgré tout.

我剛在日內瓦度過了一個美好的長週末,我再也找不到比這裏更好的住處了。酒店很現代,乾淨,設計得很好,每個房間都有自己的特色。我和我老公以及他的家人一起來的,我們的房間是普通套房和大雙人房。 床很大,有大量空間可以放東西,小廚房也特別棒。普通套房裡客廳。令人感動的小細節,比如礦泉水（每晚每間有2大瓶2小瓶）和巧克力,員工也一直都很幫忙。 步行2到3分鐘就能到輕軌站,可以坐車去火車站。在舊城,湖區環繞着UN / Red Cross.走路去舊城要10分鐘,去湖區則要15到20分鐘。在拐角處有一些啤酒店,酒吧和一間便利麪包房（街對面還有超級市場和賣廚具的地方）,也就是説你不必在酒店裡吃早餐（早餐費另付） 還有件小事就是,無限上網不是免費的。（有網上網是免費的） 我絕對大力推薦這裏——我和我老公是30歲左右,公公婆婆是70歲左右,我們大家都很喜歡這裏!

Pessimo hotel forse, se avesse due stelle, una sarebbe di troppo!!!!. Colazione da incubo e le foto delle stanze sono da servizio fotografico e non la realtà. Sporco…. veramente una pessima location. servizio nettamente sotto le aspettative e non capiamo come possa rimanere aperta una struttura del genere.
