Accommodations - The concept of this 3 stars establishment is resolutely modern combining warm colors and a pleasant design. The bedrooms are spacious very well equipped and with a great comfort. I stayed at the hotel for a business trip and was extremely impressed by how helpful the staff were. I left a poster I needed for a meeting behind in my room and realized this only when I got to the meeting--called the hotel, they went into my room, got the poster and put it in a taxi to my meeting spot. That was amazing. We also had a late cancellation for a guest due to unavoidable reasons and the hotel was very gracious in accommodating. The room itself is comfortable and spacious. The downside for me is location in terms of convenience to the city center. The hotel is right by a bus stop but one needs to switch to another bus to make it to the city which takes a little time. Other than that, comfortable stay. Thank you again to the Ramada hotel staff for great customer service.

The Geneva Marriott is an attractive, contemporary hotel located roughly near the airport, and since the shuttle doesn't run that often, you might be better off making the walk, as I did. For me it was a matter of some 20 minutes, but depending on your starting point at the airport, it could easily be less. Much closer to the hotel is the quite large Balexert shopping mall at 7 or 8 minutes' walk. The center of town can be also be walked to, as the way is rather straightforward, though it is noticeably farther than the airport, making the trams that stop very close to the hotel an option. Of course you will have to ask for your free Geneva public transport card, as the hotel makes no mention of these at its own initiative. I liked the fact that I was offered a late checkout immediately on arrival. I didn't like hearing that breakfast is available to platinum Marriott Rewards members in the executive lounge only, a marked departure from standard practice elsewhere in Europe - not just at Marriotts, but also, for example, at their large American competitor also located near the airport. As it was, when I was ready for breakfast on the morning of my one-night stay, it turned out that something had gone wrong and as a consequence, breakfast was offered only in the restaurant. The assortment there was between good and very good, which I'm sure wouldn't have been the case in the lounge. The lounge had already disappointed the previous evening. I went shortly before 18:00 just to make sure that food would still be available when I was expecting to have the time, just after 19:00. The employee said yes, but there was virtually nothing left when returned; she might have had the courtesy to mention that they would stop replenishing dishes, but this would have required some thought from the guest's perspective. The gym was not so great, either; from a large and modern Marriott I'd expect better. All in all, acceptable, but if breakfast in the lounge is as meager as I suspect, then I would probably not favor this property.

酒店窗外風景特別美，躺着看日內瓦湖的日落日出。交通超級方便，酒店後面幾十米就是火車站，坐火車可以到日內瓦市中心火車站也可以到日內瓦機場，要帶點現金零錢，回程時機器壞了就不收卡，衹收現金。酒店樓下就是超級大的超市，購物很方便。一定要訂兩面都是大玻璃落地窗的房間，景色太治癒了！

ผผู้เข้าพักWonderful Hotel, exterior and interior design are amazing, I stayed in this hotel for 5 nights from July 12 to July 17th 2023, location is convenient to me since there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel taking us directly to Geneva downtown daily, the breakfast was very good and well organized, rooms are clean and overlooking a beautiful landscape. Yulia the General Manager is so professional as well as her entire team, well done to all the hotel team members and for sure I will stay in this hotel again during my next visit to Geneva.

BBenny Hon ChungThe hotel is in a central location which is only a few minutes walk from the railway station and the old town where the cathedral and all the big luxury brands can be found. There are a lot of restaurants in its vicinity. The hotel is a bit old but very clean and comfortable. The room is spacious and sound proofing is excellent. The staff are extremely polite, welcoming, and accomodating. It's worth mentioning that the hotel's check in time is 1500 but we were given a room when we arrived at 1210. The gentleman and lady at the reception counter even gave us a city map and took several minutes telling us where to go. The two reception girls in the afternoon also showed us their welcoming smiles every time they saw us. When we called to request to have a kettle the hotel gave us not just a kettle but a whole lot of instant coffee and tea bags. Wow what a surprise to receive such excellent service in a small 4 star hotel! I highly recommend it to all travellers who want to receive exceptional service.

ห้องพักและโรงแรมสะอาดมาก และตกแต่งอย่างสวยงามมาก!
พนักงานที่น่าพอใจและเอาใจใส่ต่อคำขอใด ๆ ! เรามาถึงสนามบินในตอนเช้าเวลา 9.30 น. และไปที่โรงแรมเพื่อดูว่ามีห้องว่างหรือไม่แม้ว่าห้องจะถูกจัดสรรหลังบ่าย 2 โมงก็ตาม
ฉันขอแนะนำโรงแรมนี้ ฉันจะกลับมาอีก!

ผผู้เข้าพักI received a wonderful welcome from the staff. They made my stay very enjoyable and were able to answer any questions. Room was clean and well appointed with comfortable beds and a good size working desk. I had dinner in both the restaurant and the bar. Service was good and staff attentive. Food was well presented and tasty. The reception area was spacious and I was able to spend some time before leaving for the airport catching up on work. Thank you all for your kind attention. All done with graciousness and a smile.

This hotel is very well located in the center of Geneva close to train station Gare Cornavin and the Lake of Geneva with the Jet d'Eau. Staff is very friendly, rooms are spaciuos and clean. Breakfast is sufficient with 3-4 types of bread, cheese, eggs, fruit and coffee. Lot of restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops in the neighbourhood. Room had a safe.
