Staff's very accommodating and respectful breakfast buffet good yum definitely going back again they free airport pickup and drop off

I will stay in this hotel when it gets back to Gensan. It's nice and very comfort.

I booked this hotel already twice and its always a pleasure to stay there. I would recommend it for General Santos area.

Helpful staff, spotless room

The hotel is very pleasant, I felt like I went to IKEA showroom. The staffs were so friendly especially to the team staff assigned at The Kitchen Table. Super accommodating and approachable and the food is tasty. The room is clean and secured and very sustainable in reducing plastic waste (water dispenser were provided outside the room and you got pitcher to fill-in; no tissues but got towels). The hotel is also convenient as it is near to SM & KCC malls. The hotel is totally modern and aesthetic.

Nice clean room friendly staff good food and prices close to shopping mall

Staff were courteous and hospitable. Facilities were great. The room and bathroom were spotless! Bed was so comfortable and the sheets smelled clean. Wifi and cable access though was no longer available on check out day so it's sad if you're staying until 12pm. Shampoo and lotion not available on Standard Single so bring your own. I enjoyed the breakfast and the cappuccino I ordered at the cafe. My stay overall was satisfying.

The place is nice and modern. Location is very convenient and located walking distance from SM mall. The room is clean but There were strands of kong black hair under my pillow. (Maybe from the cleaning lady since I am travelling alone and I dont hve any hair) The hotel hs a nice coffee shop that serves good coffee. Unfortunately, the free breakfast buffet was not to my liking and I opted to order from the ala carte menu instead. The wait staff informed me that the restaurant in the hotel only allows ala carte orders only after 10am. The head waiter allowed me to pre-order 10 minutes before 10am since I have to leave for the airport at 11am. Since my food did not arrive before I had to leave, I was not able to taste the quality of the food, but the menu looked good.
