1. Initial assigned room had problem with the door lock. Door lock did not work. Had to notify the staff to program it. Went out and after I returned to the room the key did not open the door and the key had to be reprogrammed.
2. Toilet was clogged since day 1. Did not realize it until
Water came out from bottom part of toilet. Notify the staff, after returning to the room at night I discovered the room was exactly as I left it, with toilet water on floor and room was not cleaned by staff. Notified the staff for second time and they applied caulk to the toilet. No room cleaning service was available at night. The staff provided new towels. Next day informed staff
again and they confirmed the toilet was clogged and it required major repairs. A new room was provided based on vacancy it took about 1 1/2 hours for new room.
