We enjoyed the stay very much! The apar**ent was very comfortable, clean and fresh, the host is very friendly and helpful 👌 Location was very handy, 2 minutes to centrum and just to cross the street to train station. Thanks Anita voor lovely stay 💕

Another fabulous week at Viktoria Residence Seefeld, our second visit since we found this gem of a place last year. Centrally located with all the amenities needed for a home from home holiday. Kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, cutlery, glasses, crockery etc. Bathrooms equally well equipped with modern shower and bath, separate WC, super fluffy white towels plentiful as was hot water and water pressure excellent. Super lounge and kitchen areas, bedrooms spacious and the whole apar**ent spotlessly clean. Host Anita and her son super helpful and friendly. Check in easy, undercover parking too, which is a bonus when loading and unloading luggage. Overall a superb holiday, thank you, we will be back. Our apar**ent was Top 9, and we have previously stayed in Top 11, both equally fabulous.

Our recent stay at this apar**ent was outstanding, combining comfort, style, and convenience in a prime location. The apar**ent's layout is intelligently designed, maximizing space and comfort. The amenities are top-notch, including a relaxing sauna, a convenient ski room for winter sports enthusiasts, and secure underground parking. These features added a luxurious touch to my stay, ensuring both relaxation and practicality. The owner's hospitality was the icing on the cake. They were always ready to assist and offered valuable local tips, making my stay both enjoyable and memorable. In summary, this apar**ent is a fantastic choice with its great location, impressive amenities, and exceptional service. Highly recommended for anyone seeking comfort and convenience!

Location is perfectly located next to the train station, walking distance to the ski slopes and cute village. Also, great communication pre checking in and during our stay. THANK YOU, WE WILL BE BACK!!

We stayed at the "A-VITA Living" building, the newer one. Apar**ent 12, very large apar**ent with enough space for everybody. Easy access indoor parking (equipped even with the chargers for the electric vehicles) Very centric location, just a few minutes walk from all the downtown restaurants and bars. The apar**ents are new, contemporary design, kind of glam look. While the all glass bathroom might look great, I admit it may not be for everybody due to the limited privacy.

Anita and her family team were very welcoming, organizing Guest / ski passes and offering advise on all the local facilities. The apar**ent was modern, spacious and very inviting. The kitchen was fully fitted with hob, oven, fridge/freezer and dishwasher. The balcony with a stunning view of the mountains was accessible via the dining area & bedroom. The underground garage with internal lift access was very convenient, especially when unloading/loading luggage. The apar**ent is conveniently located in a quiet part of town with easy access to all that Seefeld has to offer. We will definitely return.

This place was awesome. Truly an apar**ent. Multiple rooms, full kitchen giant balcony. Beautiful view of Austrian alps. Owners were very accommodating and friendly. Spa and laundry. Parking. Couldn't have asked for better.. also a great location.

What a wonderful location. The property was spacious and very clean. Checkin was wonderful and parking is available. Local restaurants, grocery and hiking trails all within a quick walking distance. We will stay here again.
