I truly regret my stay there, I wished I could have chosen a better place as I didn’t know I was going to be so disappointed. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to there. When you book at a hotel you need to be at a peaceful place but there was a lot of noise due to the renovation and the staff doesn’t even make you aware of such, I had my meetings on teams and they couldn’t hear the background noise from the renovations, the food was very very bad.

Professional staff very welcoming fantastic dining experience nice sitting area around swimming pool. Comfortable bed big enough for couple. air conditioning functions very well big bath for two. Restaurants and other leisure facilities near the hotel.

It was very exciting to be there The staff from reception, bar, restaurant and cleaners very friendly I definitely recommend to anyone Closer to shops in the cbd… their garden is nice and clean.. my husband was certified

I was pleased that even in the not-so-safe parts of Pretoria there is a hotel that meets the standard with its service and comfort and has very kind and helpful staff and good service for its guests. Good to excellent cuisine and good wine. Reasonable prices. I was very happy to stay here, both for my work in the city and as a visiting tourist.

I was an emotional wreck and got the much needed support, tranquility and quality food which has made this solo trip a very rich experience! I am definitely returning with my friends and family on my next visit and there's certainly more solo trips I'll be enjoying there! Thank you Karabo for my warm meals and good wine! My experience experienced in ANEW Hotel Capital. It was kind of excellent experience particularly from the staff service except that the rooms seemed to be highly congested with no big space and the Wi-Fi did not permit me to download some movies.

Visited Anew Hotel Capital Pretoria. Their restaurant is clean, and I received a great service. The food is scrumptious, delightful and tasty. They have a variety of food to choose from and the waiters and waitresses were friendly. Waking up to that appealing view was so great, I really enjoyed my stay.
