When I made my reservation it said pet friendly but nothing about a pet fee so I paid for the room which was non refundable but when I checked in was told there would be a $30 pet fee so had no choice but to pay since I couldn’t get my money back I had already paid. The room, the floor wasn’t clean, everything else looked ok but our room was adjoined to another room and the people next to us was loud and was knocking on our door. They had kids but it was a lot of screaming and crying. I doubt I would stay here again, I would find a different place for the same price.

Breakfast is not the best , But You are close to all places to go eat and have fun , if it was a bit more clean it would be a 5 star hands down !

The soap had mold on it. The air coming out of heater stunk. The breakfast didn’t start until 7:30. I booked this hotel because it had the breakfast. I explained to them we had to be at a cheer comp at 7 and they weren’t willing to even put out premade muffins early.

This place charged my debit card and my credit card and then going to tell me that they didn’t worst customer service ever I wouldn’t stay here if it was free just be aware they like to charge double .

This was my second time staying at this hotel but will be my last.
1st issue - I was contacted the day before check-in for payment, even though the site said pay at premises/check-in. I was told that my reservation would be canceled without pre-payment.
2nd issue - The room was dirty! The floors were noticeably dirty and were sticky in places.
3rd issue - The bathroom towels were thin to the point that you could see through them in places and were stained with what looked to be grease.
4th issue - The microwave was absolutely filthy.
I would not recommend!
