The pillows were too large and uncomfortable. The mayress too soft however house keeping turnrd the matress and gave us a hard surface which my back needed . The sheets and towels were fresh and clean . The tea and coffee always refilled.Thanks to the team

Went to the sky deck in Ramada and the staffs, Ongkit and Charanjit were helpful and proactive. Like the ambiance. The cocktails we had were good. Service was prompt and staff were polite and hands on. Had a good time here. Will surely come again

We had a great time at Ramada Skydeck. The bartender special Cocktail was excellent. The service sweet and quick. The staff was very accomodating to all our requests. Special thanks to dear Ongkit for excellent hospitality . Chiranjet sir made our cocktails extra special. Special thanks to him for making our day

We had a very pleasant stay at hotel Ramada, Gangtok, all the services were excellent, Mr. Bhup Singh and Ms Bishnu took great care of us in restaurant. Chef, Mr. Ganesh prepared mouthwatering Veg Momos and Tupka. We will rate all of them five star and recommend to all my nears and dears to visit this hotel.

Very prompt service by MD Abul Hassan. Got our rooms cleaned & refreshed by him at the last hour. He was very co-ordinal and helpful. We wish him a speedy growth with Ramada group of hotels. In all the services of the hotel is top class. All the staff and front desk is very caring.

Food is ok but hospitality is very good. All staff is good but I find one staff Bishnu very polite, humble, calm explain every thing about the local site scene, etc thanks Bishnu The owner is very calm and polite. Thanks for hospitality provided by you
