Awesome experience, staff were very courteous, polite & friendly. Hotel has Live band playing English & Bollywood songs in the evening time and has Disco night (clubbing) at the PUB located in basement on Saturday nights, charge is Rs 1000 for male and free entry for female (charges applicable for in room guests also)
We got JAIN FOOD on request and we enjoyed the food. View of the valley from the hotel is very good and we had mountain view from our room. Hotel is located slightly far from the market, though not very far. Overall a great experience and I got value for money for my stay

The stay was very awesome. n very good ambiance and hospitality, we have enjoy a lot we love the swimming pool area n room was very need n clean especially thanks for sumina ta***g she is so helpful and she help each and everything. I m so greatful for yours help . Thank you for your service

Top notch property by way of location, ambience, rooms and staff View of Kanchenjunga on clear day is breathtaking from every room. Must highlight competence, friendliness, professionalism of teams in booking, front desk, restaurant, house keeping and any other we crossed path during our stay Special mention of Mr. Partha and his wonderful team in House keeping for meeting our regular and unusual requests Thanks a lot

It was such an incredible experience staying here . We asked for specific Nepali thali and Mr Bikash and Chef Bhushan and team made an effort to serve us authentic thali with being it on the menu . I highly recommend this place in Sikkim . Staff is super friendly and carry their beautiful smile at all times . Highly recommended

We stayed here for 3 nights and what we missed sometime is the view due to weather. When it was not foggy, our room had sensational view. You will enjoy sitting in the balcony with a cup of tea and not feel to go anywhere. Their breakfast menu is very nice and same applies for the live counters. The dinner buffet menu they may need to revisit. Foods are tasty except Biriyani. You will have a great stay if you stay there.👍

very good service and samir thapa took great care of us everything in the room was perfect and i hope it will be like forever. I found samir very courteous and going out of the way to fulfil our smallest needs true hospitality i must say. every day he designed the towels in a very beautiful ***ner and kept our room tip top

We stayed at Denzong Regency gangtok for 4N5D from may 12th to 16th 2024. It was a wonderful experience...with great service, good food and wonderful hospitality of the staff. Special mention for Sameer Thapa our housekeeping person who made sure our rooms were always neat comfy and homely...his personal touch in decorating the rooms with so much creativity deserves a thumbs up. Next to mention our waitresses Prakriti and Sushma for serving us with so much care. Last but not the least the magnificent kanchenjunga peak from our balcony was the icing on the cake...excellent experience @Denzong

Our stay was great at the hotel, the rooms were spacious and the staffs were very prompt, well-behaved and courteous for anything and everything we had asked. Bikash had been very helpful for an emergency situation. We will prefer the hotel even for our future stays.
