I had a very pleasant experience staying in this property. Staff and everyone are so helpful and well behaved. I would like to appreciate Srijana, she is a staff in restaurant and always have a smile in her face. Property is at good location as well

It was a nice experience for us during the 2 night stay at sterling.. Special mention for Rubika and Srijana from the restaurant staff. They were very considerate and took care of all of our requests.. really good service

Rooms- nice and cozy. Studio rooms are huge with attached balcony. Washroom - good, although some maintenance issues are there. Bathtub is a plus. Restaurant- polite and helpful staffs. Variety of foods available. Special thanks to Pramod who helped in customising the experience. Also I would like to thank Mr. Palash for his valuable inputs for our tour. He was quite helpful for sorting out any issues during our stay. Additionally I would extend my thanks to Aswin and Joan for their polite and helpful attitude.

Sterling Gangtok is one of the best ***aged properties in the locality. Very helpful and responsive staff. F&B staff in particular were super hospitable , food was consistently good . Highly recommend
