Last June (June 2024), for the third or fourth time, we; my wife and two daughters stayed again at the Covanro. This place is so attractive, in terms of the people, the service, the food and the location so every time we visit Sri Lanka, we keep going back to this fabulous hotel. The people are kind, considerate, respectful and courteous in every sense of the word which I observed a trait that is coming down from the top management. Combined with that is the quality of the service they offer which is higher than expected for a hotel operating in an environment such as in Sri Lanka. For those food lovers, whatever taste you are looking for; Sri Lankan style spicy food, Asian style or Western cuisine, the chefs at the Covanro’s kitchen are capable of addressing your taste buds and, in my experience, they always exceed one’s expectations. We were highly impressed of the high standard of accommodation the Covanro offers with a wide range of rooms to select from which are large and spacious and also, a few types of luxury suites. During our stay we joined many other guests who enjoyed hotel amenities such as the swimming pool, gym and sauna which are available for the guests free of charge, bar facilities included. For any visitor, the Covanro is an excellent introduction to friendly and courteous Sri Lankan hospitality which follows the traditional greeting “Ayubowan”.

This place is excellent for a stay. Especially if coming to or from the international airport. Our welcome was friendly and efficient. The room is excellent, pristine and equipped for all that is needed for our overnight stay. The bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was brought to the room however I chose to have this at the small table and chairs outside of the room on a small terrace. A perfect place for this. The breakfast is more than adequate, also caters for me as a vegetarian. I asked for a knock at my door to be woken up in case I had slept thrmy alarm and this was given. Such a delightful place to stay. A small courtyard garden with a static table and seats if wanted. Garden lights during the evening make this a pretty area to relax. Tea, coffee and water are available in the room. There was air conditioning and a ceiling fan. The accommodation is located down a side road from the main road. This means it’s nice and quiet. For dinner we decided to walk jumping a few metres to another hotel which served food. However, Faith Hotel do have menus for which to order food which would be delivered if required. Alternatively, we were offered an option of being taken to another place if we wished. We had booked for 2 separate airport transfers as we were travelling on separately to different places. This was organised by and with the owner dropping us all in good time. I noted while at the stay, information regarding trips to places and even tours can be organised. Additionally there is information on an Ayurveda treatments option at a place called Ayurveda Villa which really looked good. This had different packages with a stay including food consultation with an Ayurvedic doctor to decide on the relevant treatments for your package. To use up our rupees we were able to pay part cash, part card which was so convenient. This couple really do offer everything in a stay at Airport Faith Hotel. They are passionate about what they do, are committed to making your stay the best. They have everything available or on hand and can’t do enough to make your stay a happy and good one. I highly recommend a stay here.

ทุกอย่างเรียบร้อยดี บุฟเฟ่ต์อาหารเช้าที่ดีมาก สระว่ายน้ําบนหลังคามีห้องออกกําลังกายและบาร์ค็อกเทล ห้องของฉันอยู่บนชั้น 24 มีทิวทัศน์ที่สวยงามของทะเลสาบสีเขียวตึกระฟ้าและท่าเรือกอลล์สีเขียว ห้องพักสะอาดและมีอุปกรณ์ครบครันเสมอ - ขอบคุณมากสําหรับการดูแลทําความสะอาด Dhananjaya!

We recently visited Tamarind Tree Garden Resort Hotel for our annual office outing, and the experience was outstanding. The resort was beautifully organized, making our group feel welcomed and well-catered to throughout our stay.  The service was excellent—staff were attentive, polite, and made sure that all our needs were met. The resort itself is serene, surrounded by lush greenery, which added a relaxing vibe to the whole event. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall positive atmosphere.  We were impressed by the smooth coordination and attention to detail. Everything from check-in to meals was handled seamlessly, making our office outing truly memorable. We would definitely recommend the Tamarind Tree Garden Resort Hotel for both group events and individual stays!

Granbell colombo is the most beautiful city hotel in colombo , It offer really japanese hospitality experience , foods are really tasty , Hotel has most beautiful infinity pool at roof top. That experience is very attractive . Roof top bar is little bit crowded in weekend . But bar staff provide quick service. Also Room has consist with modern features . And Room has bath tab . It is really nice. Overall experience is really worth for money.staff was very friendly. Mihiranga from reception he helps us very friendly during our stay and restaurant staff Niroshan , kasun is very helpfull . We will definitely come back again . Thanks Granbell ❤

เนื่องจากสนามบินใกล้จองที่นี่ ฉันจึงเช็คอินกลางดึก เจ้าของมีความกระตือรือร้นมาก บริกรเหงื่อออกและนําผ้าเช็ดตัวมาให้เรา 2 ผืน ภายใต้แสงสลัวของห้อง ฉันพบว่าผ้าปูที่นอนและผ้าเช็ดตัวสกปรก เราจึงนอนโดยไม่ถอดเสื้อผ้า ห้องใหญ่มาก ประตูห้องน้ําล็อคไม่ได้ หันไปทางประตูอีกบาน พังนิดหน่อย คนอื่นเข้าห้องน้ําเราจากด้านนอกได้! ขึ้นเครื่องบินไม่ถึง 5 โมงเช้า สาวสองคนของเราย้ายกระเป๋าเดินทางมากกว่า 30 กิโลกรัมจากชั้นบนสุด เรียกรถไม่ได้ เรียกพนักงานมาปลุกกลับปรากฏว่าเมื่อวานได้ช่วยเรียกแท็กซี่ให้เราเห็นรถตุ๊กๆ 3ล้อ เราต่างตกใจและราคาก็เพิ่มขึ้นเป็นสองเท่าเพราะกระเป๋าไม่ลงและความปลอดภัย เราไม่อยากนั่ง คนขับก็ออกไปด้วยความโกรธและพูดว่า : คุณมีเงิน, ประเทศของเราเป็นคนยากจน เรารู้สึกอึดอัดมาก ความผิดพลาดของโรงแรมไม่ได้บอกเราว่าราคาและแท็กซี่เป็นแบบนี้ ทําให้คนขับเข้าใจผิด จากนั้นทางโรงแรมก็ไม่สามารถช่วยฉันเรียกรถหรือจัดรถไปสนามบินได้ ภายใต้สถานการณ์ของเครื่องบินจะล่าช้า ในที่สุดเราก็พบรถริมถนนที่มืดมิด โชคดีที่โชคร้าย ขอแนะนําว่าอย่าพักที่โรงแรมที่ไม่เป็นทางการในเที่ยวบินก่อนเวลา ในกรณีที่การเดินทางไม่สามารถรับประกันได้จะลําบาก

I stayed one night before I flew out from Sri Lanka. The room was clean and had good air con. Wifi was strong. I had dinner and breakfast at the hotel. The price of my meals and beer was very good and the food tasty. I was well looked after and had a good chat about cricket and Shane Warne. For a very small fee i was able to organise late check out (8.00 pm) The drop-off at the airport was included in the price of the stay. This place was excellent value for money.

The room is clean,and the boss is very friendly and always generously helps us satisfy our needs. we really appreciate it. thank you and we will come back again if there is a chance.

Sehr gutes Hotel mit sehr freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Personal. Die Hotelanlage und auch die Zimmer waren sehr gepflegt. Das Essen im Restaurant war hervorragend und preiswert (Lunch und Dinner). Der kostenlose Transfer hat hervorragend gepasst, Fahrzeit ca. 15 Minuten. Ich werde auf alle wiederkommen. Danke a das nette Personal.
