My friends and I had a lot of conversation about how to rate this resort. Let’s start with the good. The stuff was spectacular. Everyone remembered who we were …there were warm and welcoming from the beginning until our last night. The resort is tired…definitely needs work. But my biggest complaint was that the buffet was the only place open and providing food to the all inclusive. Although not bad overall a buffet meal 12 times over 4 days was too much. You definitely need to confirm what is open… especially because it is desolate with no where else to go. Beautiful location…great birding…overall the experience was 5 star worth but the resort itself was a three.
