Wonderful location and fantastic hotel. Spent two great nights at this hotel. It’s beautiful and staff were amazing. Have nothing but high marks for the hotel.

The hotel is great, with city conveniences and entertainment within walking distance. I’m looking forward to when their rooftop bar reopens later this year. It was closed during our visit.

The hotel was beautiful. Location to the cruise port was on point. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had multiple rooms booked and they accommodated our needs well.
One downfall, the first floor room had a gap at the bottom of the main hallway door and we could easily hear the interactions, all night long. We would stay here again. Hands down.

Do not plan to get any sleep if your room is on the first floor. I heard everything going on in the lobby and bar area because they were right outside the room. The valet service was a mess when everyone was trying to check out. I understand dealing with the mass exodus of checkout time, but there was zero system in place to keep the flow smooth. My experience was just not a good one and will not be staying here again.

Great location to the cruise port. Walking distance. Our only complaint is the restaurant. There was only 1 chef and there are no other places open at night to eat around here. It took 2 hours to get our food. The food was very good but they should hire more help at the restaurant. Room was comfortable.

The Tremont is absolutely beautiful historic hotel. The valet an bellmen/women were top notch.
Check in was a bit disappointing due to having to wait for a room to be ready. We arrived after check in started so that was a let down.
The room was spacious and gorgeous and clean. Beds were so incredibly comfortable. There were 2 disappointments. 1. I paid for a view, we got a view, of an alley and brickwall. 2. The tub would not drain and hair came out of it. So my husband took the fastest shower ever and I refused.
It was a one night pre-cruise so changing rooms didn't make sense.
All in all the stay was good, I loved the hotel and the kindness of the staff.

Big and spacious, comfortable rooms. Great little bar area, can’t wait for the rooftop bar to open. Perfect walking distance to the Strand for shopping.
