Everyone was nice and the property was conveniently located so you could walk to the main attractions. We also got a free upgrade when we informed them that it was our anniversary!

It was winter sale fir the room rate so it was a plus i know in the summer time the rate can be iver the top. We were place at their new building but requires quite a bit of walking. Rooms were clean but the aircon was not on when we arrived it took sometime for the room to cool down.

Upon entering the hotel, i was impressed with the openness and decor. My check-in was quick with the staff being efficient and friendly. As Mary Gras was in a couple of weeks, it was nice to see the decorations for this event. Parking was easy as was finding our room. The room was clean and ready for us. My only disappoin**ent was the ice machine on our level was not operational. However, we were given ice when we called the front desk and inquired about the situation. Wish we had more time at this hotel. It is in a great location for getting to our cruise port. Will definitely be booking again.

We booked a weekend here at the moodygardens hotel and had a great time. The property is very nice, the staff was amazing, we spent Saturday at the pyramids and the staff was unbelievable and had a nice visit. The only complaint that I have is the food. Other than that we had fun

Ok hotel aimed at families with kids. Very noisy bar.
Have to get transport as there is nothing around the hotel.
Cooked to order food was nice
Buffet was dry and been stood a long time.
Room was nice but bathroom needed a little work.

The property was excellent, but some of the rooms furniture was worn. Linen, bedding was in excellent condition.

It was nice and clean but no one told us that at 8 am they where doing a fire alarm test for 15 minutes where worker barge into ur room and the alarm was loud as heck

There is valet parking available, but you can park between the Hotel and the Aquarium. We ordered food service, and the Patty Melt on rye was awesome, and my wife had 12" pepperoni pizza. She loved it. The bottled water in the room is $6.00, just a heads up. But the staff was absolutely amazing and helpful in every way. Great job!
