Terrible experience with this hotel. Booked through *******/Orbitz when the hotel was The Beachcomber and had free cruise parking. It was changed to a Motel 6, so I called when I discovered this to verify the cruise parking would still be free. They confirmed over the phone it would, even with a 3rd party booking. Arrived at the hotel and was informed that all ******* bookings had been canceled (folks checking in in front of me had the same issue). Odd, because nobody called me or refunded me. I had to contact ******* to get them to refund my money after they then had to call the hotel and verify the hotel in fact canceled my booking. Of course they would let me book at the new rate and pay $10/day to park, how very nice. I got my refund and left this horrible, mismanaged hotel. Whoever manages this hotel should be absolutely ashamed of this excuse for customer service.
