酒店非常好，床上用品也很好，洗手間感覺很精緻，尤其是窗外開車去風景太完美了。就像童話故事中一樣美好。

酒店位子很偏，離海邊很遠。開車要10分鐘，酒店房間非常不隔音，衞生還不錯，房間也很大。如果是休閑度假的，不建議來這住，出行非常不方便。

First of, I love the pool and the gym. The rest, I dislike the front end staff and the dining hall staff. They made me feel uncomfortable and easy. Always whispering, giggling, staring at me whenever I walk by. (Likes kids in highschool). The shower room and the window is dirty.

Everyone here is very friendly, excellent customer service, very accommodating. I recommend this hotel overall. Definitely a great place to stay.

On line check in is priceless. Just install their app, click check in. You will get a message when the room is ready and the room number. Bypass front desk, go straight to your room. Your phone is your key.

Had a problem with getting a room. After paying for early check in I arrive red at the hotel and there was not room ready for me. They told me at check in that they will call me when the room was ready and still did not get any messages in regards. I arrived back to the hotel at approximately 9PM and finally got a room after waiting all day. Now I want a refund on my payment for early check in. Everything else was excellent besides getting into a room late. I enjoyed my little stay for the few hour I had left of it till my check out time at 5:30AM. Thank you.

I went for a birthday weekend and selected this hotel as I was interested in the upgraded tower and in-door pool. I also noted that it was my birthday on the reservation.

The hotel is very clean but there is no good customer service (neither in the restaurants, nor in the lobby, nor in the bars, nor in the nightclubs). Wherever you go.
