We reserved one of the junior suites for a family gathering. We needed a room that had space for two people to work remotely in between family festivities. This was the perfect option. Pros: *Immaculate, spacious room * Table in the living room, pulls out to make an L desk perfect for working during the day. * Fantastic Wi-Fi * More storage than any hotel room I have ever stayed in. There are closets everywhere. * Stunning views of Santis. * Spacious deck to enjoy the weather. * Wonderful restaurant for dinner, lunch and breakfast. * Excellent communication from the hotel staff, friendly and courteous. CONS: * Hair dryer is not powerful * No ironing, board or iron in the room. * You will need a car or use some sort of ride share transportation to visit the city center This was a wonderful hotel experience, and I would stay here again. Hopefully next time we will stay longer to take advantage of the spa and water features this property offers.

They charge you to park car 15 Swiss franc per day even if you don’t use underground car park and just park outside hotel ,breakfast is very expensive and hot food is limited .The bar area is basic, swim area and fitness area is very good,they also charge a local tax,

I am wondering when gust ask late check out they offering additional charges till 15:00 then request free one hour late check out they excuse that they were fully booked i wondering you were ready to let me check out till 15:00 with charges while when it is only one hour it’s full Telling truth is important

We had a great time. Two rooms at the end with our own big door, so like a suite. We had two little kids and 5 adults. Spacious. Good food. Friendly staff. And a very good deal with the water park included. Would love to go again. Clean and Covid-19 conscious.

We stayed in a comfort suite - bedroom for adults and partitioned room for the kids with bunk beds (probably not suitable for late teens or older). Room modern and very tastefully decorated. But during summer heat the air con was woefully poor. Great bathroom. Water park is a short walk through a shopping centre. Amazing variety of pools, wave machine, slides etc. Spotlessly clean despite being very busy. Would return.

Fangen wir mal an: das Hotel hat in Punkto Frühstuck nachgelassen. Ich hatte ein reichhaltiges Buffet seit meinem letzten Besuch in Erinnerung, vor allem, was warme Speisen angeht. Oder tausche ich mich, weil es so lange her war? Auf jeden Fall ist das Hotel ideal für Geschäftsreise: ruhig, bequem, professionnel, zahlreiche Parkplätze, freundlich, nah an der Autobahn. Die Zimmer sind riesig, modern ausgestattet und mit alles was man braucht, um einen improvisierten Büro einrichten zu können. Für die Gäste, die noch Zeit haben, ist das Angebot des Bades- und Saunaweltes Saäntispark unschalgbar.

Der Aufenthalt war angenehm. Leider gab es beim Check Out Probleme mit der Bezahlung, was nun zu Ärgernis führt. Wir haben ein von zwei Zimmer Doppelt bezahlt.

Das Hotel wirkt modern und hell. Die Angestellten waren alle sehr freundlich, Reception, Bar und Bedienung im Restaurant. Tolles Apero in der Bar. Das Zimmer erschien modern, gut gestaltet und gross. Beim Cordon Bleu ist dann etwas schief gelaufen. Sehr trocken und etwas zäh, wie 2x aufgewärmt. Nur in der Mitte war noch etwas Käse zu finden. Das kann der Koch sicher besser.

Eine Übernachtung nach Besuch des Säntispark-Bades.
Alles Bestens.
Unsere Erwartungen wurden voll erfüllt, teilweise auch übertroffen: Freundlichkeit, Sauberkeit, diverse gute Verpflegungsmöglichkeiten, Komfort.
