Friendly & helpful staff. Clean bedroom & bathroom. Happy with the size of the room. Complimentary a plate of fruits & small “chinese jelly” dessert drinks. 5 stars alright.

Good breakfast spread of Chinese and English food. A few live-stations where food is freshly prepared for guests. The hotel staff were attentive, especially Andy from reception. Nice view of Wuyi Square at night, including a photo of the white tower at night.

It is located at the centre of Fuzhou city and it has a good view to 五一广场, you can view from the hotel and enjoy the daily raising flag ceremony at your room.

I came for the Fuzhou marathon, this is a nice hotel n there’s a shopping mall next to it with plenty of food choices

Staffs are polite and helpful. Great location. Near subway station and shopping malls.

This hotel has held up well for it's age, as it is well maintained. The facilities and service personnel are definitely top-notched. Sleep quality was great. So was the food offerings at the Horizon Floor. However we are not thrilled by the location of the hotel. The adjoining shopping was easily accessible, but the 2 subway lines were quite a distance walk. Would certainly stay again if we are back.

We really enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. In particular, Besty at the front desk provided excellent service, was very helpful and even prepared a beautiful cake for us to help celebrate our anniversary! We will definitely come back in the future.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Shangri-La Fuzhou. The location is excellent, conveniently within walking distance of numerous local eateries and renowned attractions such as Sanfang Qixiang and Shangxiahang. Special thanks to Frank for his outstanding hospitality, which made our experience even more memorable.

I had called hotel and they said hotel should help to receive the items I ordered from taobao, but they rejected to receive the items when the items come to hotel. So the items I ordered were returned to seller. Why ? Please don't say to help clients tohelp receive the items if you don't want to do that .

I hadn't been back to Fuzhou in a long time, so I was really excited to finally make the trip. The Shangri-La totally lived up to the hype. The service was incredible – I felt like royalty from the moment I pulled up. The breakfast buffet was amazing! So many choices, and everything tasted fantastic. I especially loved 蛤蜊煎蛋. Overall, my stay was top-notch. The hotel is super luxurious, and the staff went above and beyond, especially thanks to 小占 for helping me with everything! I can't recommend it enough!

Hotel room are a bit old. Breakfast as expected from Shangri-la very good.

Breakfast so so. Room cleanliness not so good My auntie got itches when she stayed at 1st night. After moving to another room, the room was clean.

Good experience with shopping center beside but close too early for pathway access

As to be expected of the Shangri-La Hotel, the level of Cleanliness, Service & Amenities are excellent. It is also quite centrally located in Fuzhou. In fact we are so confident & happy with the Shangri-La that we’ve already booked a room for when we spend our last day in Fuzhou, before returning to Singapore

It’s an old hotel, service and cleanliness good, but there’s an old smell.
