Service was excellent. Front desk staff were extremely helpful. This included personally making freshly brewed coffee and assisting us with booking for transport (via Didi) to the railway station. Also recommended and provided directions to eateries and tour places. Our hotel was located about 15-20 mins’ walk from the famous 3 Lanes 7 Alleys attraction so was very convenient. Breakfast buffet spread offered a good variety of local and western cuisine. Room size was extremely generous with separate toilet & shower space, plus separate wardrobes. Very happy with our stay there.
