Milton Keynes Sw(Furzton Lake)

Upon arrival found reception staff helpful and friendly,when got to room found it clean and tidy however a little tired in places with peeling paint on window sill and black stains coming through in bathroom,all in all a good stay but feel a refurbish is in order.

I came to premier inn furzton lake to meet with my family in the local area. From the moment I checked in until the moment I departed, I felt welcomed and well taken care of. We checked in at around 10pm after a long day in london, and the staff were still warm, friendly and approachable. The beds are so comfortable, its like sleeping on a cloud! close enough for a walk around the lake, and a drink at the bar next door, yet quiet and peaceful when you are nodding off to sleep. Breakfast at the hotel is fresh and delicious, Vegan options are delicious and prepared separately. I would happily stay here again, and intend to stay again when visiting my family.

Check in was dull and drab. Seemed like it wasn't a job they enjoyed and wanted us to feel likewise. Room was tidy and clean. Toilet was cramped. Extract in bathroom didn't function and therefore was smelling of dampness. Not good for asthma or COPD.

There was no Wi-Fi in the bedroom, and it didn’t even offer options for Wi-Fi networks to connect with. The mobile signal for EE was also non-existent. So, I tried working from reception with a laptop to do email and Zoom/team calls. As breakfast room too busy and noisy. And had to cancel the meeting mid way as the signal was too poor to continue. Staff just said they are waiting for it to be sorted, and known issue and to keep trying different areas of building.

Receptionish ignotant and rude on arrival. Room very warm and refund promised for breakfast has not been done. Gone down hill since my last visit. Wont be back

Spoilt by by lack of engagement by staff and friendly service. Otherwise a lovely hotel and setting.

Next door to food pub. Great car park with electric car charging. Hotel was clean, comfortable and accessible. Breakfast was plentiful, piping hot and tasty.

The hotel was in a great location. Great price. Free car parking. Room was clean but if being fussy it needed a repaint. Food at the onsite Hungry Horse was good. The breakfast at the Premier Inn hotel was very poor. The bacon and the sausages were not cooked very well. A good weekend in Milton Keynes.

We were passing through touring the area and left Bletchley Park. Great location, really impressed with the hotel and eating arrangements -breakfast superb though didn’t need an evening meal. Only criticism and perhaps our fault for not bringing back up - no charging points for phone/iPad but the wonderful staff came to our rescue with a suitable charger! Would certainly stay there again.
