The room was good but the bathroom was very poor and had a constant smell
The reception staff did not know what they were doing as they could not figure out the booking wasted half hour on check in and another half hour on checking out!

Great place to stay staff were really good and welcoming the hotel its self was very good as well. Had food in the bar which was very good food would stay again.

Beds comfy. Leisure facilities very good. Reception staff rude. Very frustrating check in. We had a large van couldn’t exit or enter & had to keep walking to reception for them to open the gate as they don’t answer the landline. Food was very good.

酒店比較簡陋，我們去的那天暖氣空調也都壞了！但服務員的態度還是挺好的！

Friendly and helpful staff. Good location for where we wanted to visit. Enjoyed the stay but disappointed the room wasn't cleaned / made up for 2nd night. No sign to place on door other than do not disturb.

It was such a nice hotel and great customer services! Chef was very kind with the requests! Great service and nice, clean hotel with a pool such a great fun for kids and adults!
