Good location. Great service. Spacious rooms. Only complaint was the hidden fees at checkout. Only facility I stay at claiming destination fees.

Really awesome place to stay! The whole place was kept up really well, the gentleman at check in was so wonderful, kitchenette was perfect, towels soft and bed comfy!
They have a really great hotel breakfast complete with eggs, protein, potatoes, a breakfast taco bar, pancake maker, lots of bread and pastry choices, fresh fruit. Don’t forget to tip the kitchen staff in their jar by the toaster!

Bed bugs, on the last day woke up with bed bug bites all over my back n chest. I have photos of the bed bugs in the hotel. Sad we had paid a lot money to stay here

Great Staff!!!
We had an issue with a cat that decided to hide itself in a bed frame when it was time to check out. I paid for an extended checkout time, but we were able to get her out in a short time. They, at no request from us, returned the late check-out fee!
I will be having my guys stay here in the near future for long-term work assignments.

The hotel and staff were excellent, the place where the hotel is located looks more industrial place.

The front desk staff are very friendly and helpful. The complimentary breakfast/area is also a big plus.
The hotel is in a quiet/residential cul de sac, which is a bit remote from other dining options, etc.
If you want to be able to go out the lobby door and walk to restaurants, etc. this is not the place for you.

Excellent place to in Fresno. If you just need a get away from the kids this is a great place. The TV is just the right distance from the bed. Get dinner and bring it in the room and eat at the bar table in the room. Very clean and great bathroom.

It was an awesome stay for me! I wanted to get up early and start my drive back to Oregon. The room was clean, nice in freezer, and a very comfortable bed....I decided to sleep in, skip breakfast and head out well rested instead. Will continue to stay at Sonesta ES Suites in Fresno
