Decent hotel and rooms, but they blatantly overcharged me and won't do anything about it. When I booked, due to availability, I had to get one room that was more expensive, the Ester. When I arrived, I was initially given the keys to 4105 and 4104. When I asked which one was the Ester, the front desk employee realize that neither one was, and gave me the keys to 4103 instead of 4105. I walked into 4103 to find a terrible odor, an unmade bed, lights that didn’t work, etc. I went back to the front desk to explain and then she switched 4103 back to 4105. I said that’s fine as long as I get a credit back for the difference I had paid for the more expensive room, Ester, that I didn’t get. She seemed agreeable. I feel it would be plenty reasonable to be asking for more than this since the room I ended up in had several issues (the biggest being that the drinking water dispenser doesn’t work). I reported this and they brought me a few water bottles. After one day, I was back to having no drinking water, and it was never replenished. Despite the other issues, all I’m asking for is a credit for the amount that I was overcharged for a room I never got. I submitted this request and got no response.
