Clean and friendly; stayed because I got sick up from NC was easy and convenient.

Had to move as first King Suite had not been cleaned. Dirty towels and bed was not even made-upò. Moved to new room. We had half pillows on the bed. Asked about those to staff. Staff said this is the pillows we have. I figured out you have to pull out the pillow case to make a full size pillow. Does staff not say how to do it? Over all I can say is I had hot water.

The area was in a high traffic area, that's not preferred. The area was close to the highway, that is preferred.

Loud fighting for about an hour in the middle of the night. Afraid to leave room in case it was a ploy. Was on 4th floor. Didn’t feel safe. Bedding wasn’t clean. Overall room shabby.

Very comfortable room. Friendly service. CLEAN! Didn’t smell like gross chemicals covering over dirtiness, which we’ve experienced at other hotels. Excellent price. Can’t comment on breakfast because we didn’t try it. Overall, I can recommend.

Excellent stay. The building and surrounding areas was exceptionally clean. All the staff were very friendly and accommodating to our needs.
Will stay there again if in the area.
